タンパベイ・レイズのトレードを評価する

透明ランナー

　タンパベイ・レイズの2020年オフ以降のトレードをBaseball Trade Valuesの数値を見ながら振り返っていく記事です。

ネイト・ロウ

Reportedly, the #Rangers have aquired 1B Nate Lowe ($17.7M), 1B Jake Guenther ($0.2M) and a PTBNL from the #Rays in exchange for C/OF Heriberto Hernandez ($11M), SS Osleivis Basabe ($5.4M) and OF Alexander Ovalles ($1.5M).

　Nate LoweはTEXでSSを受賞するレベルのレギュラー1Bになりました。Heriberto Hernandezは打撃型Cでしたが、コンバートされてバリューが落ち、MLBに到達できるか怪しい状況です。Osleivis Basabeは去年メジャー昇格しましたが時期尚早でした。

ブレイク・スネル

According to reports, the #Padres are aquiring LHP Blake Snell ($52.9M) from the #Rays in exchange for RHP Luis Patiño ($48.2M), RHP Cole Wilcox ($5.4M), C Blake Hunt ($3.7M) and C/OF Francisco Mejia ($3.6M).

　当時はサイヤング賞投手に対してまあまあな見返りという評価でしたが、メインピースのLuis Patiñoが全く結果を残せず、DFAでタダでCHWに取られてしまいました。他の選手も結果を残せていません。

ジェフリー・スプリングス

The #Rays acquisition of RHP Chris Mazza ($0.2M trade value), LHP Jeffrey Springs ($0.0M) and cash ($0.1M) from the #RedSox in exchange for C Ronaldo Hernandez ($13.8M) and IF Nick Sogard ($0.1M)

　元トップ100プロスペクトのRonaldo Hernandezを同地区に放出し、DFAされた2投手を取るという衝撃のトレードでした。特徴のないリリーフだったJeffrey Springsを先発投手として覚醒させました。

ウィリー・アダメス

Today the #Brewers acquired SS Willy Adames ($26.0M median trade value) and RHP Trevor Richards ($0.5M) from the #Rays in exchange for RHPs Drew Rasmussen ($4.5M) and JP Feyereisen ($1.9M).

　いくらFrancoがいるとはいえ、まだ保有期間が長いWilly Adamesを放出してリリーフを取るのは、当時はかなり批判されていました。しかし現在までの結果を見ると、Willy AdamesはWAR11.0+残り1年、Drew Rasmussenは先発に転向してWAR6.0、JP FeyereisenはWAR2.0と、割といい勝負になっています。

ディエゴ・カスティーヨ

The #Mariners have acquired RHP Diego Castillo ($20.8M median trade value) from the #Rays in exchange for 3B Austin Shenton ($6.3M) and RHP JT Chargois ($0.6M).

　TBはあっさりとリリーフを見切って放出する印象がありますが、Diego Castilloは驚きました。Austin Shentonはマイナーで打ちまくって40人枠に入りましたが、守れないのでMLBでレギュラーは無理でしょう。

ネルソン・クルーズ

Today, the #Rays acquired DH Nelson Cruz ($4.5M median trade value) and RHP Calvin Faucher ($0.1M) from the #MNTwins in exchange for RHPs Joe Ryan ($11.4M) and Drew Strotman ($2.4M).

　残り半年のNelson CruzにJoe Ryanはちょっともったいなかったですね。毎年WAR2～3を稼ぐ下位ローテになりそうです。

ジョーダン・ルプロウ

The #Rays have reportedly acquired OF Jordan Luplow ($18.2M median trade value) and RHP DJ Johnson (tentatively ($0.1M) from the #Guardians in exchange for RHP Peyton Battenfield ($1.7M)

　Jordan LuplowのValue $18.2Mは高すぎでしょ…。

ジュニオール・カミネロ

The #Guardians have reportedly acquired RHP Tobias Myers ($0.8M median trade value) from the #Rays in exchange for IF Junior Caminero (not yet in system)

　フェルナンド・タティスJr.やヨーダン・アルバレス並みに伝説となりそうなジュニオール・カミネロのトレード。今年もマイナーで打ちまくっています。

ジョーイ・ウェンドル

The #Marlins have reportedly acquired IF Joey Wendle ($4.4M median trade value) from the #Rays in exchange for OF Kameron Misner ($7.0M). The deal is accepted by our model as a minor overpay by Miami.

　Kameron Misnerは面白いプロスペクトだと思いますが、MLBでレギュラーは無理そうです。

ルーク・レイリー

The #Dodgers have acquired RHP/OF Tanner Dodson ($0.4M median trade value) from the #Rays in exchange for OF Luke Raley ($0.0M).

　Luke Raleyを取れたのはおいしいトレードでした。成績が上向くと素早くSEAに転売し、レギュラーSSを獲得しました。

ハロルド・ラミレス

The #Rays have acquired OF Harold Ramirez ($0.4M median trade value) from the #Cubs in exchange for IF Esteban Quiroz ($1.1M).

　これも美味しいトレード。Harold Ramirezは守備が悪すぎて使いづらい野手でしたがTBで覚醒しました。年俸調停も上がってきたのでそろそろ放出されそうです。

オースティン・メドウズ

Today the #Tigers acquired OF Austin Meadows ($11.1M median trade value) from the #Rays in exchange for IF Isaac Paredes ($4.2M) and a Comp B pick (estimated $4.0M).

　残り3年あるAustin Meadowsを放出して、見返りがIsaac Paredes1人？ と思いましたが、アプローチを変えてMLB屈指の成績を残すようになりました。TBの誇る大成功トレードのひとつです。

クリスチャン・ベサンコート

Today the #Rays acquired C/1B Christian Bethancourt ($3.1M median trade value) from the #Athletics in exchange for OF Cal Stevenson ($0.2M) and RHP Christian Fernandez ($0.2M).

　投手転向したりと迷走していたChristian Bethancourtですが、TBではCを守ってそれなりの成績を残しました。

ホセ・シリ

#Rays GET: Siri ($5.0M)
GIVE: Murray ($1.9M), Johnson ($8.9M*)

　HOUやCINで使い道がなさそうだったJose Siriにさすがに出し過ぎではと思いましたが、TBでは見事にレギュラークラスのWARを収めました。今年は低迷していますが、まあ期待値はこんなところでしょう。

ザビアー・エドワーズ

Today the #Marlins acquired IF Xavier Edwards ($7.9M median trade value) and RHP JT Chargois ($0.0M) from the #Rays in exchange for RHPs Marcus Johnson and Santiago Suárez (not yet in system).

　元トッププロスペクトのXavier Edwards、開花しきれずしかたなく放出したトレードですが、DFAではなく一応プロスペクトに代えられたのは良かったのではないでしょうか。

J. P. フェイエレイセン

The #Dodgers acquired RHP JP Feyereisen ($2.4M/$6.9M median trade value) from the #Rays in exchange for LHP Jeff Belge ($0.2M).

We missed Feyereisen's shoulder surgery and had his value at $6.9M (major overpay). After accounting for the surgery, he goes to $2.4M (minor overpay).

ロバート・スティーブンソン

Today the #Rays acquired RHP Robert Stephenson (-$0.6M median trade value) from the #Pirates in exchange for IF Alika Williams ($2.3M).

　防御率のひどいベテランリリーバー（残り半年）にAika Wiliamsを放出したのは驚きましたが、TBで覚醒し、FAとなってLAAと3年契約を結ぶことになりました。誰もが驚いたトレード。

アーロン・シバーレ

Today the #Rays reportedly acquired RHP Aaron Civale ($26.4M median trade value) from the #Guardians in exchange for 1B Kyle Manzardo ($21.2M).

　これは失敗に終わりそうな予感がしますが…。Kyle Manzardoの打撃の評価は落ちず、Aaron Civaleはローテ投手として微妙な状況です。

ビダル・ブルーハン

Today the #Marlins acquired RHP Calvin Faucher ($0.6M median trade value) and IF Vidal Brujan ($0.0M) from the #Rays in exchange for RHP Andrew Lindsey ($1.0M), IF Erick Lara (not yet in system) and a PTBNL or cash.

　オプションのなくなった元トッププロスペクトVidal Brujanをコマにしたというだけの特筆すべきところのないトレード。選手層の薄いMIAではそれなりに役割を得ています。

タイラー・グラスノウ

Today the #Dodgers reportedly acquired RHP Tyler Glasnow ($14.1M or $24.1M surplus trade value, depending on 2028 option), OF Manuel Margot (-$2.5M) and cash ($4.5M) from the #Rays in exchange for RHP Ryan Pepiot ($25.3M) and OF Jonny DeLuca ($4.8M)

　サラリーダンプとしては大成功ですが、なんとも評価が難しいトレードです。Ryan PepiotもJonny DeLucaも即戦力ですが、怪我が多いです。

ホセ・カバレロ

Today the #Mariners acquired 1B/OF Luke Raley ($10.1M surplus trade value) from the #Rays in exchange for 2B Jose Caballero ($4.8M).

　大方の評価はTBの損でしたが、SSのレギュラーを攻守ともに確保しています。

リッチー・パラシオス

Today the #STLCards reportedly acquired RHP Andrew Kittredge ($0.2M surplus trade value) from the #Rays in exchange for OF Richie Palacios ($3.9M).

　今オフ最大のサプライズではないでしょうか。STLで特に居場所がなかったRichie Palaciosを取り、故障者続出の2BとOFをそれなりに守れてよく打っています。
