#19 在宅では気持ちを切り替えたい (Work and after work in WFH)

在宅勤務中心となって約1年半が過ぎている。すでに在宅勤務中心になる前にどのように働いていたかを忘れ始めている気もする。懐かしむのは食べ物のことばかり。お昼に何を食べていたか、終わったらどこに飲みに行っていたか。いつも行っていたお店の陽気な店員さんは元気だろうか。

慣れてきてはいますが、みんながどのように働いているのかが気になったりもしている。何しろ生活している場所で働くようになったので、頑張らないと仕事と仕事以外の区別がつけられなくなったのです。仕事しているパソコンで仕事後にYoutubeとかを見てしまうと、すごく長い時間仕事をしているような気がするに違いない（そんなことはない）。

上記はLASSIC調査による仕事と仕事以外の切り替えに行っていることは何かという調査の結果なのですが、なかなか想像力を掻き立てられます。男性のうち2%は「叫んでいる」。。。叫ぶ、なんと叫んでいるんだろう。多くはない%ですが、でも叫んでいる様子。どこで？お隣さんがもし夜中に叫んでいるのを聞いたら、おそらく残業終わりで切り替えているところなので許してあげてください。

「服を着替える」というのも納得性がありますね。でも男性だと15%。残りの85%はパジャマのままで仕事をしているのか、着替えているけど別に切り替えるためではないのかが気になります（もちろん前者ではないでしょう）。

ちなみに仕事を始めようと思うと、部屋の汚れが気になって、思わず掃除をはじめてしまって、仕事がなかなか始まらないというのは僕だけでしょうか。僕だけか。

Its been 1.5 years since we started working at home. I almost forgot how was it like working at my office except for... meals. I really miss lunch time with my colleagues and dinner places near my office. Nothing else... 

I got used to this in a mean time I'm wondering how people actually settled into this situation. Since we work at home, we now have to intentionally switch ourselves between work and non-working hours. Personally watching YouTube in the same space as working with the same lap top makes you feel as if you work longer (of course, not). 

I like what the LASSIC (2020) implies from the chart above "What do you do to change your mind between working hour and non-working hour". 2% of male scream out to change their mind... Screaming. I'm wondering if that is to go from work to none-work or the other way around. 2%... 2 in 100 screams. Where. Well if you hear somebody is screaming, please allow him/her since it is just to switch him off from work.

"Change cloth" makes sense to me too. 15% of Male do it. Other 85%? Maybe they work in pajamas or they do but that is not to change their mind. (I'm sure it is not former).

By the way, is it only me that suddenly recognize that the room is not clean enough and start cleaning up before work? Then start working late?? Maybe only me.
