#78 地図アプリなしで生きていく (how many people can survive without a map app)

沖縄から帰ってきて現在東京にもどりました。なるべく公共の交通機関を使おうの旅、沖縄だと少し遠くに行こうとすると電車がないので、バスになるそうです。日本でバスに乗ったのは何年ぶりか。おそらく15年は乗っていない。15年というと、30歳… え、15年前にはすでに30歳だったのか。（いつもの壁）

シンガポールではバスを多用しています、オーストラリアにいたときもバスが多かったです。そしてバスは難しいのです。降りられない。。。降りる場所が分からない。なんなら放送も流れますが、地名の読み方も分からないみたいなこともあり、かなりレベル高い。

そこでGoogle Map, 方向音痴の僕にとっては永遠の神アプリです。今回も沖縄で大活躍、そして自転車をフル活用している東京生活でも大活躍です。なんならDocomoの赤いレンタル自転車はGoogle Mapに組み込まれていて、経路で自転車を選ぶとDOCOMO使用というルートが出てくる！！素晴らしい。え、このアプリ使わないで生きていける人っているの？っていう調査が上のグラフになります。

マイボイスコム株式会社（2021）によると、地図アプリの直近一年の使用率が約52%。おー、、、思ったよりも低い。世の中で48%の人が地図アプリなしで生活している。スゴっ！！そして2021年が若干下がっているのはコロナで旅行とかがなくなったからでしょうか？（55%→52%）いやー、地図アプリがなくても生活できる人っているんだなー。

そして地味に決済・電子マネーが2年間の間に爆上がりしているのは、QRコード決済アプリ（PayPayなど）の効果でしょうか。急激に浸透した感じが見えますね。スゴ。いや、今回凄いとしか行ってないな。。。

I went to Okinawa and now I'm back to Tokyo. I wanted to fully utilize public transportation in this trip. Okinawa doesn't have huge train network like in Tokyo, we have to use buses. Well, I think its been first time in 15years to use a bus in Japan. 15 years, when I was 30 years old… I was over 30 15 years ago(!!) time flies.

In a mean time, I use buses in Singapore also when I was in Australia too. Getting on a bus is … DIFFICULT! Map is not as clear as trains and it is difficult to get off at the right place. If that is the place where you are not familiar with, it is more difficult. (No?)

So, google map is the best useful app to me who doesn't have sense of direction… I survived in Okinawa thanks to the app. Well it works so nice even in Tokyo since recently I used Docomo shared bicycle! When you look for a route to go somewhere and choose bicycle, it shows Docomo route which show stations to ride on and off for shared bicycle! Awesome!! Then my question falls to who can survive with out a map app?? The chart above is the answer.

MyVoice Communications, Inc (2021) said that usage of map apps in a year is 52%. Oh… 52%. It is lower than I expected. 48% of people can survive without it… Really? Awesome!! (Again). Then 2021 shows lower figure than 2019（55%→52%）. May be this is the pandemic effect that we didn't go travel as much as before.

Finally the chart shows that payment up increased a lot (19%→43%). Maybe it is the PayPay type of QR code payment up impact. It seems the they suddenly got popular in 2 years. Awesome… Well I only said awesome in this article…
