#203 後継者不在が減っている (No more successor absence for SMEs)

やはりなんでも自分で試さないとと、とうとうMeta Quest 3を買いました、そうアップルのVision pro ではありません。いや、ちょっと手に入れるハードルが高すぎて、高いし、アメリカだけだし（すごく欲しい）。。。そしてそんななか、訪れたのが2024年2月1日。そう（？）笑い男事件。上の画像でこころあたりのある同世代の皆様、いつもご覧いただきありがとうございます。なんかそれっぽい動きをするようなアプリを作ってみようかな。物体認識してそれを拡大するとか。何に使うのかわからないですが。。。

夢見たテクノロジーにはまだ届いていないまま、自分たちも年を取ってきました。なんと、中小企業庁(2024)によると、日本では2025年になると全中小企業数の約75%に当たる約245万社の経営者が70歳以上となるらしいですよ（小声）いや、正直70歳を超えて企業を経営されている先達の皆様に尊敬の念は絶えないですが、一方そのうちの約半分は事業を受け継ぐ人が途絶えようとしており問題となっているとのこと。それは大変。

確かに帝国データバンク（2024）によると2023年の時点で中小企業の後継者不在率が53.9%と半分以上が後継者がいないと答えているとのこと。ほうほう、うん？なんか後継者不在率急激に下がってないですか？2020年までなんとなく65-66%くらいを前後していた後継者不在率が2021年に61.5%と急落、そこから2年間でどんどん下がった結果の53.9%。このまま下がって行くのかしら。なんで下がってるんだろう。

そもそも後継者がいないところがどんどん倒産している（怖い）。後継者がいないところだけを狙って倒産してるとかあるかしら？社長が急に軟化して、陽気に事業を譲り始めた（そんなはずない）？この間の政府や地方自治体の取り組みが、奏功したり、M&Aなどがすすんだりといろいろな事情があるようですが、状況は良くなっているように見えます。こういう数字をみるとちょっと勇気づけられますね。世の中は少しずつ良くなっている、、、はず！

I finally bought a VR headset, Meta Quest3!! Well sorry for those who expected Apple Vision Pro… That was too difficult to get, too expensive, available only in US (I'm so jealous for those who got it)… Then the day has come. 1st Feb 2024. I'm not sure how many of you can recognize it but it is the day that The "laughing man" incident happened (in the Anima movie). Thank you very much for those recognized if from the image above. I'm wondering if I can develop any fun app which shows some functions shown in the movie, like recognize objects in signt and zoom it bigger! (Useless?)

The dreamed technology has not yet come although I got old enough to reached the day. Surprisingly, according to SME agency(2024), by 2025 around 75% of SMEs (2.4 million) companies' owners reach to over 70 year old (wispering). While I personally respect Managers who run a company in 70 y.o. , it is said that more than half of them are facing to close their business due to lack of successors. Ummm. Lets see.

According to TEIKOKU DATABANK, LTD. (2024), company who do not have plan to succeed their business is 53.9% which is more than half of SMEs. I see, I see. It seems the issue is right there…?? Ops, It seem the absence rate dropped a lot in recent few years?? It was around 65-66% till 2020 but it is down to 61.5 in 2021 suddenly. Then in 2 years, it reached to 53.9%. It means 53.9 is the figure after huge improvement and it is still decreasing?? Why?

It would be so scary if those companies bankrupted and the ratio improved… (Hope not). It is interesting if bankrupcy particulary targets at companies which do not have successors… Or managers suddenly changed their mind possitive to pass their business to somebody else (Maybe not). The article said, govermental support worked and perception about M&G has been changing so it is improving. That is such a good news. The number is still huge but it shows the good sign to change better! The world is getting better! (I think… )
