#114 転職成功？(Was your job change successful?)

小学校の時の一番好きな科目は体育だったのに、なんで大人になると毎日運動するのが億劫なのはなんでだろうと思っている今日このごろです。不思議すぎる。ちなみにARINA株式会社(2022)によると小学生男子の51%はやはり体育のようです。30年後に何人残っているかを調査してみたいところ。いや、ひょっとしたら他の学科が苦手すぎて、体育としか答えられなかった可能性あり（僕です）。

コロナの中で通勤がなくなったりして、考える時間だけは山ほどあったという方も多かったのではないでしょうか。それでも運動はできてない。。。でも将来が不安になったりはしますよね。こんなときにはだいたい転職が話題に上がり、そんな調査が世の中に出回ります（笑）僕は転職をしたことはないですが、みなさん転職後はどんな思いなのでしょうか？

ARINA株式会社（2022）の調査によるとなんと、約88%の方が転職は成功だったと思っているようです。おー。高い。こんなに満足するならちょっと転職してみたい（不謹慎）。まあ、よく考えてみたら何かしらの不満を持っている方が転職するのだと考えると、そういうものかもしれない（そうかな？）。そして67%の方が年収が上がったと。おー、年収は大いにこしたことはないですよね？（ねっ？）。福利厚生も良いにこしたことはないですよね？会社もそこをがんばらないと生き残れませんね。

でも気の合う仲間とか上司とかも気になる。仕事を続けられるかに対しては、個人的にそこは非常に大きい。というかそこが無理だと絶対いられないと思う。結局平日の大半をその人達と過ごすしなぁ、人生で一番長い時間過ごす人達だしなぁ。
こうなると失敗したという12%が気になりますね。右のグラフのどれも得られなかったということでしょうか。まあ、そのときにはまた転職すればよいですもんね。ちょっと海外すぎる考えでしょうか？

My most favorite subject was "Taiiku" which is basically sports. I'm wondering why I'm now so lazy to do exercise everyday after getting old. Its so mystery… According to ARINA Inc. (2022), for elementary school boys, "Taiiku" is still the most popular subject (relieved). I'm also wondering how much of them will do daily exercise after 30 years. !! Maybe the reason why boys say I like sports is because they hate all others badly?? Well, its me.

During this pandemic, I assume many of you have time to do exercise (but didn't do), also time to consider about future. Then concerned if you have to do something new. In this mood, job change is always one of the biggest topic and a lot of surveys are published about changing a job. Although I have never changed my job, I'm wondering how does everybody feel after it!

ARINA Inc. (2022) shows that 88% of people say that their job change was successful!! Oh, 88%! That is huge. As huge as making me feel that I want to have a try… Hahahaha. Well, considering that people tend to think about getting a new job when they are not satisfied with the current job, it might be natural that the new place is better (Maybe). Then 67% of people say that their salary was increased. Ummm. Of course, it always better to get more (No?). 37% seem to get better benefit (Sounds good). Japanese people change their job more often that the past. So companies have to improve them to survive in the market (I think…).

Also I'm interested in emotional part like better relationship with colleagues and bosses which I personally think most important to stay in the place. Well, it might be the minimal requirement to be there. They are basically the ones who you spend most of your daytime with!
In the end, I'm also interested in other 12% who think that their action was not successful. Didn't they get any of the criteria on the right chart. Its too bad if they didn't. But this might not be the typical Japanese way of consideration but you just try to get a new job then. No?
