年末年始のご挨拶

会社のニュースレターの宛名を作っております。ということで、間に合わない可能性が特大のため、こちらにてご挨拶。

本年は大変おせわになりました。

”祭り”の語源が、間（ま）をつなぐ理（こと）である、ということから”まつりば”という会社をつくって４年になります。あのお祭りの時のように、老若男女が協力しあって、得意なことや好きなことで出店（でみせ）をひらきながら生きる社会をつくりたいと今も日々、強く思っています。

出店を開くとは、社会に問うということです。それがStartupBaseU18の体験プログラムという形になって、2018年は鹿児島から北海道までキャラバンし、たくさんの協力者の方や才能や情熱と出会いながら私たちも大いに学んだ1年でした。
2018年12月にStartupbaseU18は代表を交代しました。2019年は、新たにつくったJoinnyという船に乗って新しい海にこぎ出しみなさんの元へ会いに行けるのを楽しみにしています。

It’s been 4 years since we have established the company “Matsuriba” which name comes from the origin of the word “Matsuri (Japanese festival)” meaning connecting the dots. We would like to make the society where men and women of all ages cooperate with each other and enjoy opening stores related to their strengths and favorites like those festivals. To open stores is what you have to ask the society itself. This theme became a practical program StartupBaseU18. We have learned many things through our supporters, passions, and talents we have met in the 2018’s programs held from Hokkaido to Kagoshima. In December 2018, StartupBaseU18 have a new representative. We are looking forward to take a new journey with our newly established service Joinny and see you all in 2019. - Mayuko Mori
