今日からはじめます

私は幼少の頃からずっと空手と共に生きてきました。生涯空手…まだまだ修行中の身ですが、今まで学んできたことや私の考えを書き記していきます。

普段の生活で呟きたいことも数多くあります。真面目な話、くだらない話、時には愚痴もあるかもしれませんが、基本的に前向きなので嫌な話はありません（笑）もちろん空手家なので、技術の話は真剣にさせて頂きます。

I have lived with karate since childhood. Karate for life... I am still in training, but I will write about what I have learned and what I think.

There are numerous things I want to mumble about in my daily life. There may be serious stories, silly stories, and sometimes complaints, but basically I am positive, so there are no unpleasant stories (laughs). Of course, I am a karate practitioners, so I do talk seriously about techniques.
