I am currently the victim of a group stalker. I am writing this in order to take action against it. I am a person who lives a bottom line life in Japan, which is why the scale of the stalking damage is growing globally. I know this story will be hard to believe, but I am writing this at McDonald's late at night to avoid voyeurism. I hope that this will be of interest to those who know me well through the personal information that has been made public, to those who have only recently become acquainted with me in bits and pieces, and to those who just happened to stumble upon this text.

It has been more than a year and a half since I learned that my pc had been hacked and my personal information was being disclosed without my permission. I have spent what little money I had and a lot of time I had on this. The experts are right. The damage escalates steadily, and in many cases, the victim is soon stuck in his or her own home. The damage continues to escalate, but due to lack of funds, nothing is being done about it. I am now enduring alone in a room where time has stopped, with my internet connection as my light.

More than a year ago, I suddenly turned on the TV and found a person acting exactly like me in a commercial. I am afraid it was like an absurd science fiction story, but it was then that I realized that I was involved in a major organized crime. I knew that hacking was taking place, but I had no idea that the damage was that extensive. When I talked to people about the situation, some believed me and some did not. It was not until some time later that I learned from an expert that this was called "group stalking.

What is a group stalker?
It was an urban legend until I became a victim myself. Even if I found out that I had been cracked, I was sure that I would be fine if I devised security measures in accordance with the teachings of the IPA (an independent corporation that supports national IT strategies) and the Cyber Police, etc. I was sure that I would be fine if I accumulated programming-level knowledge. I think I was talking about that while talking foolishly with my friends. I was ignorant. Now, I have cut off relations with the friend. As soon as I realized that our conversation had been tapped and that my friend was in danger, I made a quick phone call to say goodbye. I have not heard from him since. My family has likewise forbidden me to contact them. Some sites suggest that "isolation" is one of the goals of group stalkers.

The names for this act in Europe and the United States include "Gyang stalking," "Organized stalking," "Slow kill," and "Silent holocoaust," and the victims are called "Targeted Individuals. In the United States, that advanced country, the act is designated as terrorism.
If you found this text by chance, you may find my explanation less than credible. Let's borrow an explanation from a global group of victims.

Let me list the actual damage I am experiencing.

• 24-hour wiretaps (including a look at consultations with the police)

• Sneak peeks of your home at microwave level (including nudity)

• Hacking of PCs, smartphones and other communication devices, TVs, and their mischief making

• Mail theft/opening

• Unauthorized access to personal information of family members, hospitals they attend, libraries, city halls, and other public institutions

• Hacking of surveillance cameras installed in vehicles, facilities, buildings, and roads everywhere you go

• Hacking of copied contents at copiers in libraries, Internet cafes, convenience stores, etc.

• Take out your trash (if the information is true)

• Real life pursuit, stalking, and voyeurism thereof

• Unauthorized disclosure of the above personal information on sns while mixing it with false information

• Creation and unauthorized release of MAD videos using these materials

Illegal acts include
theft, opening a new book, breaking and entering, wiretapping (violation of the Radio Violation Act and the Act on Stalking, etc.), eavesdropping (violation of the Ordinance on the Prevention of Violent and Deleterious Acts that Gravely Disturb the Public, Misdemeanor Act), hacking (wifi intrusion, Unlawful Access Prohibition Act), false statements that constitute slander and libel writing, violation of privacy rights, violation of sexual shame, defamation, stalking, etc.

The bottleneck for me in making this matter known and in investigating the matter is the fact that I myself do not know the public URLs of the stalkers. In school, I am not a member of the back bulletin board group. The above information was also given to me by people who can be said to be volunteers on the Internet. So, please allow me to put the limitation condition of "what we know at this moment".

While there is no doubt that stalking is illegal, some of my personal information that has been collected and disclosed includes inadvertent or dishonest information on my part. With the help of others, we have been able to point out some of the information as false, but some of it is true.

For example, the information published by the group stalkers included the following Criticized critics on Twitter and public figures on youtube, anonymously, a couple of times each. Failing to report the cost of moving to a new house to city hall, and claiming income from the purchase of eyeglasses. We have not responded to overcharges for past subsidies. I have requested a hacker (I didn't understand the technical explanation, but perhaps) as a countermeasure against hackers. I have apologized many times for my misconduct, but it is still my own fault. I have resented my thoughtlessness and stupidity many times. I firmly swear here that I will never do anything like this again in the future. It may be inevitable that you will be suspected of this crime, but it is not unusual for you to be under surveillance for up to 10 years in some cases.

I had only a little money in my pocket, but that conflict was a major reason why I had persisted to this point in wanting to solve the problem on my own. I wondered if I was a suitable person to collect money compared to other people in need and those who are active in the field. I was afraid that if I did not collect the money, I would only become a laughingstock again. It is a funny thing for a person whose lower half is being spy photographed every day and exposed to the world.

Many victims' websites claim that one of the goals of mass stalkers is to "make them commit suicide. It is not unusual for others to say to me, "How are you still alive? I have lost so much in the past year and a half. I may not be able to get them back no matter how hard I try. I often see the expression "a torture program that destroys lives" used to describe mass stalking, and it is something that I can feel firsthand.

When I went to the police to file a report, I was told explicitly that there is no such thing as group stalking. I was told that was the police's understanding, not "legally."
(Incidentally, this officer was a good cop in terms of attributes and spoke to me in a friendly manner). I assume this conversation was also tapped and published on the web. It is not uncommon for an investigation firm to receive similar responses.

It may be safe to say that "it doesn't exist," and that is the social perception of group stalking in Japan. The reality seems to be that it is socially ignored, although there have been actual cases reported in the past. Also, and this is really sad, but there are whispers that "many people are paranoid" in this crime, and I often actually think that this may be true. It is not uncommon to detect keywords and ideas that can be identified as conspiracy theories on blogs that accuse people of damage. As a matter of experience, I sometimes think "some percentage of this is suspicious". But the important thing is that "possible paranoia" causes actual victims to be ignored and pretended not to exist. Also, being paranoid and being an actual victim are compatible in this crime without much difficulty.

It is a sad situation for the parties involved, but I think it is fair to say that the most peculiar aspect of my case is the situation of the spread of damage. (Simply put, a "group stalker" is a group of several "stalkers" whose existence is socially recognized, so it is untenable to say that "group stalkers" do not exist. (It is an unanswerable perception that "group stalkers" do not exist.) Certainly, group stalkers do exist. My case may have contributed a little to the "public awareness of a crime whose existence is still in the gray area.

In my case, I am a person who, in the eyes of others, had nothing to begin with, but I still feel that I have lost many things, as if I were a "slow kill". I find myself separated from my family, disconnected from friends, deprived of dignity, deprived of human rights, time, money, health...I have lost so much. The hardest of all may be the future. We received the words, "We can't broadcast it on terrestrial TV." They may be referring to the MAD that was released to the public. What is left for me after losing so much?
That may be what I will witness when the situation can be recovered and time begins to move. For now, my conditioned reflex and instinct is still to "stay alive".
