What is DSE?

DSE, standing for The Dreaming SOMEONE's Experiment, is a concept that provides holders with three key rights:
commercial use
translation
and imaginative use.
These rights allow for the commercialization of characters by MMM and SOMEONE (someone-san), as well as the free commercial use of the holder's own DSEs.
The use of Msign is generally prohibited, with an exception for Msigns included in DSE images.
