GolangでUnicodeの特殊な文字と絵文字を表示する方法

GolangでUnicodeの特殊な文字と絵文字を表示するには，
書式指定子に%cを使い，16進数表記かrune型でUnicodeを指定する．
または，書式指定子に%sを使い，string型でUnicodeを指定する．

特殊文字はUnicode一覧ページが参考になる．
