比類なき仏画曼陀羅、底知れぬエネルギーに感動! 　Unparalleled Buddhist painting mandala, impressed by the endless energy!

前々回の制作課題が胎蔵曼陀羅の中心部になる「中台八葉院」を描くことだった。提示したものの生徒さんには不評だった。60㎝正方の中に9体の仏画を描く。通常よりは大きいが細かすぎるという。やる気を削いでしまった。この課題でどんな工夫や想像力が発揮されているのかを楽しみにしていたが、思うようにはできてないようだ。

The last production task was to draw "Chudai Hachiyoin", which is the center of the fetal mandala. Although presented, it was unpopular with the students. Draw 9 Buddhist paintings in a 60 cm square. It's bigger than usual, but it's too fine. They have lost my motivation. I was looking forward to seeing what kind of ingenuity and imagination was being demonstrated in this task, but it seems that they couldn't do that.

そんな中で、先日の神戸教室の生徒さんの二人が途中経過を披ろうしてくれた。大変な作業を理解する仲間の方たちは絶賛。中央の絵(仏画)の周りの8体がシルバーのボールペンで描かれていた。そして、中央の絵のお腹周りの中に(円形)にゴールドで大日如来が描かれてあった。

Meanwhile, two of the students from the Kobe classroom the other day showed us the progress. The companions who understand the difficult work are praised. Eight bodies around the central painting (Buddhist painting) were drawn with a silver ballpoint pen. And, in the center of the picture, around the stomach, Dainichi Nyorai was drawn in gold (circular).

もう一方は、大日如来を中心に8体を描き、空間に般若心経をゴールド(顔彩)で書いている。眺めていて楽しくなるような胎蔵曼陀羅である。

On the other hand, eight bodies are drawn centering on Dainichi Nyorai, and the Heart Sutra is written in gold in the space. It is a fetal mandala that makes you enjoy watching it.

感動を与えてくれる作品に仕上がっている。本人はもとより周りの方たちへの励みにもなる。仏画曼陀羅の世界の、どこにも存在しない作品になっている。
ちなみに、曼陀羅の中に般若心経を書きこんでいる方は、85歳。人の生み出せるエネルギーの底知れぬ力を感じさせてくれる。

It is a work that impresses you. It also encourages not only the person herself but also those around us. It is a work that does not exist anywhere in the world of Buddhist painting Mandala.
By the way, the person who wrote the Heart Sutra in the mandala is 85 years old. She makes us feel the unfathomable power of the energy that humans can produce.

胎蔵曼陀羅の中台八葉院に描かれている仏画は、中心に大日如来、その周りの8体は如来4体と菩薩4体である。
如来は、宝幢如来 （ほうとうにょらい）・開敷華王如来 (かいふけおうにょらい)・無量寿如来 (むりょうじゅにょらい)・天鼓雷音如来 (てんくらいおんにょらい)
菩薩は、普賢菩薩 (ふげんぼさつ)・文殊師利菩薩 (もんじゅしりぼさつ)・観自在菩薩 (かんじざいぼさつ)・弥勒菩薩 (みろくぼさつ)

The Buddhist paintings drawn at Nakadai Hachiyoin in the Mandala of the Fetal Mandala are centered on Dainichi Nyorai, and the eight surrounding bodies are four Nyorai and four Bodhisattva.
The Nyorai is Hoto Nyorai, Kaifukeou Nyorai, Muryoju Nyorai, Tenkoraion Nyorai.
The Bodhisattva is Fugen Bodhisattva, Monju Bodhisattva, Kanjizai Bodhisattva, and Miroku Bodhisattva.
