サントリーニの空に馬が翔ける。[伊藤弘之の視点シリーズ] A horse can fly in the sky of Santorini. [Hiroyuki Ito's Perspective Series]

エーゲ海に浮かぶサントリーニ島。行かれた方も多いかと思う。私も行ったことあるよ、と言いたいところだが全く縁がない。ましてやサントリーニ島の名前すら知らない海外音痴である。

Santorini in the Aegean Sea. I think there are many people who went there. I'd like to say that I've been there too, but it has nothing to do with it. Moreover, it is an overseas tone deafness that does not even know the name of Santorini.

このたび、近所の洋画家の伊藤弘之先生の「私の視点シリーズ[軽いタッチの絵画展]」にうかがいサントリーニを遅ればせながら初めて知ったしだい。
ネットを検索してみて驚いた。ギリシャ特有の美しい景色。プルシャンブルーのエーゲ海と空に、白い壁に青いドーム屋根の建物が美しいコントラストにそまる。

This time, I heard about "My Perspective Series [Painting Exhibition with a Light Touch]" by Hiroyuki Ito, a Western-style painter in the neighborhood, and I learned about Santorini for the first time, though I was late.
I was surprised when I searched the net. Beautiful scenery peculiar to Greece. The Prussian blue Aegean Sea and the sky, the white walls and the blue dome roof building contrast beautifully.

ヨーロッパから多くの観光客がこのブルードームの教会のある景色を求め訪れているようだ。
伊藤先生もこの美しさに惹かれ3回も訪れプルシャンブルーの世界を表現されている。伊藤先生と言えば回転木馬や空を翔る馬である。
プルシャンブルーに染まる幻想的に耀く馬をこの中に表現したかったのかな、と鑑賞しながら思った。

Many tourists from Europe seem to be visiting for a view of this Blue Dome church.
Professor Ito was also attracted to this beauty and visited it three times to express the world of Prussian blue. Speaking of Mr. Ito, it is a carousel and a horse that flies in the sky.
I wondered if he wanted to express a fantastically wandering horse dyed in Prussian blue in this.
