Aerobic and Anaerobic exercises

It is debatable whether aerobic or anaerobic exercise is more beneficial than the other.
My conclusion is that they are both beneficial.

Just doing aerobic exercise is good for your health as well as just doing anaerobic exercise because it is much better to do any form of exercise instead of doing nothing.

However, doing both types of exercises will create a synergistic effect. It is also important to consider when to do each type of exercise. For instance, after doing an anaerobic exercise, the next best option might be doing an aerobic exercise. That is because the order of your exercise routine can be an important factor when trying to attain your goals.

My exercise routine order starts with stretching, anaerobic, and aerobic(running). It ends with swimming, using the sauna, and stretching. I would only recommend this type of routine if you can dedicate more than an hour to the gym.

Thus, busy people perhaps can find some time before dinner and do a little bit of anaerobic exercise like squats, pushups, or chinning.  Then finish their routine by doing some aerobic exercise like running or walking.  This could be ideal for you in order to get in shape.

In addition, it is important to note that incorporating stretching helps you to get into shape in a smarter way because it promotes your flexibility and decreases your risk of injury.
