誰が、どうやってミャンマーに平和をもたらすか？ Who and how can bring peace to Myanmar?

「軍部」と「人民」という二つの利害関係者に考慮すべきです。軍部が欲しているのは、軍と幹部たちが持つ事業と利益を守ることです。国民は、平民、軍人、警官、公務員らすべての国民の利益を調和できるような適正な政策と規則を形成するために相応しい議員候補者に投票しました。当選した議員は、連邦議会代表委員会（CRPH: Committee Representing Pyidaungsu Hluttaw）と国民統一政府（NUG: National Unity Government）を組織しました。ミャンマー国民を代表してCRPHとNUGが欲するのは、すべての民族間での利益と権利と平和の調和です。
You should consider two stakeholders: "Military" and "People". Military's willingness is to protect the benefits and business of Military and highest leaders. The people voted the right parliament representatives to form the right policy, rule and regulation to balance the benefits of citizens including all normal people, soldiers, polices and civil servants. The elected representatives organized CRPH and NUG. The willingness of CRPH and NUG to represent Myanmar People is to balance the benefits, rights and peace among all ethnic groups.

長い軍事政権下の期間には、軍の幹部たちは、国家へ納税することなしに彼らの所有する利益と事業を守ってきました。規則と法律はすべて機能しなかったのです。彼らはそれを国民には適用しながら、彼ら自身の事業に対しては法令集を棚に閉じ込めていたのです。彼らは自身の事業から100%の利益を得て、中国企業との協業からの利益も加えました。
During the long period of Military government, Military leaders protected their own benefits and business without tax for the country. All of the rules and laws were not active. They used them for people but locked the books of rules and laws in the cupboard for their business. They benefit 100% from their business and plus benefits from cooperation with Chinese companies.

アウンサンスーチー氏の政党が多くの議席を占有していた期間には、彼女とその議員たちは、過去の不均衡で不公平な政策と規則を是正すべく熱心に働きました。そして、軍部も納税しなければならなくなり、不満を募らせました。いつも、ほしいだけのたっぷりのチーズと肉でパンを食べていた者が、チーズと肉を制限されたら、どう感じるでしょうか。かくして、軍部はクーデターを企てたのです。
During the period that Aung San Suu Kyi's party occupied most seats in the parliament, she and her representatives worked hard to balance previous unbalanced and unfair policy and regulation. Then, Military had to pay tax and were not happy. How do you think the feeling of the person who always eats bread with as much cheese and meat as they want if the amount of cheese and meat is limited? Therefore, Military attempted the coup.

国民は、武器もテロも使わない平和的な方法で彼らの願望を求めました。しかし軍は、非武装の多くの人々を殺したのです。そのため、国民は、国民防衛隊（PDF : People’s Defence Force）を組織し、（本来の）議員たちはNUGを組織したのでした。NUGは、行政の場の返還と平和を軍部に求めました。それに対し軍は、ますます多くの人々を殺し、多くの村に火を放ち、国家の統制を試みました。そして、国際社会が中止を求めるにもかかわらず、四人の著名な活動家を死刑にしました。このことは、軍が、いかなる国際社会も機関も意に介さないということを意味しています。
The people explored their wish in a peaceful way without weapons and terrorism. But, Military killed many unarmed people. Then, the people organized as PDF and the parliament representatives organized NUG. NUG is asking Military for peace and to give back the stage of public administration. Instead of that, Military tried to control the country, killing the people more and more and setting fire on the many villages. Now, they have executed the four famous activists recently although the internationals request the military not to do that. That means Military does not care about any internationals and organizations.

もし、国際社会や機関が軍側に立てば、軍は、その承認を自慢し、より多くの人を殺し戦争を増やして見せるでしょう。一方、NUGとPDFの力が増せば増すほど、兵士と軍部は落胆します。そうして、いくつかの地域では、NUGとPDFが状況を統制し、人々は安全で幸せになっています。より多くの地域でNUGの代表事務所が開設し、人々のために平和作りに動き出し、市民は幸福を感じています。
If the internationals or organizations stand with Military, Military will be proud of those recognition and show killing more people and increasing the war. The more the power of NUG and PDF increase, the more the soldiers and Military feel depressed. That's why, in some areas, NUG and PDF control the condition and the people are happy and safe. The representative offices of NUG are opened in some countries more and more and the NUG can attempt to create peace for the people and the citizens are feeling happy. 

しかしながら我々は、利益をもたらす国々だけを支援するという国際社会の不公平な外交政策には失望しています。例えば、アメリカとヨーロッパは、多くの食料と燃料をウクライナから輸入するためにウクライナを支援し、アメリカは、台湾のマイクロチップに頼るために台湾を支援します。ミャンマーには、アメリカやヨーロッパが出資したものはないため、我々の国からは何の利益も得られません。しかしながら、我々の国から利益を得ることを度外視して我々を支援してくれる日本の政府と人々には、我々は高く評価し感謝しています。
However, we are disappointed with the unfair foreign affair policy of the internationals because they help the countries from which they get benefits. For example, US and Europe help Ukraine because they import many food and fuel from Ukraine as well as US help Taiwan because they rely on Taiwan for microchips. There is nothing invested by US and Europe in Myanmar and cannot get any benefits from our country. However, we appreciate and thank Japanese government because you and your government help our people without focusing on any benefits from our country.

この状況下で、もし軍部がアウンサンスーチー氏との対話を持とうとしないのであれば、平和への進展は見られず、人民と軍部との闘争は続くでしょう。
During this situation, if Military does not try to create dialogue with Aung San Suu Kyi, the peace process may not be seen and the conflict may be seen between people and Military.

私の回答は、NUGがミャンマーに平和をもたらし、アウンサンスーチー氏が、平和に向けての多民族間の安定と調和への条件を整えられるであろうという結論です。
As a conclusion of my answer, NUG can bring peace to Myanmar then Aung San Suu Kyi may manipulate the condition to be stable and balanced among ethnic groups for peace.
