大日本帝国、旧日本軍が満洲帝国で、極秘に研究していた「超越瞑想体系」などのPSIと量子学などの科学技術を融合させたPSI科学により完成させた、次世代の交戦状況分析システム。
戦場では、PSI（サイキック）を有していない友軍部隊の支援や索敵、領空、領海、領土侵犯を行う、秘密裏に侵入してくる敵の超極秘部隊、異性体（天使）、地球外から秘密裏に飛来するエイリアンクラフト等の領土侵犯を察知、伝達、有軍部隊の行動を支援する統合戦術防衛システムである。
この、防衛プログラムの基礎・理論を世界でいち早く、研究したのは第二次世界大戦中の日本とドイツであったが、戦後に更に研究を進めたのはソビエト連邦と東西ドイツで西暦2100年後半には、中華連邦を含むG9主要国は独自の特異分析防衛システムを体系化している。
但し、侵入側も特異点分析システムを十分警戒した上で、作戦行動をしてくる事は言うまでもない。

（システムの概要）

地球上では通常、起こりようのない、重力や電磁波、強巨大な質量異常、電波等の異常な変化を視覚化し、戦場での超常能力や念動攻撃、PSIによる敵部隊の瞬間移動などを認識、友軍をサポートする、が完璧に全ての特異点をモニターできるわけではなく、各国はシステムの改良及びアップデートに躍起になっている。分析官自身が半ば、強化人間体やPSI保持者であることが多く、分析官が志願制の国家もある。日本皇国の場合、１００名程度の分析官が自衛軍に常時配置されているが、分析官1人の最大稼働時間は24時間が限界で24時間稼働後は3日程度の休息を与えなければならない。戦況により、分析官は複数の超高速飛行型ヴィークルを戦場に飛ばして友軍の支援を行う。また、大アメリカ帝国は、宇宙軍とシステムをリンクさせており、非同盟のエイリアンクラフトや、敵国のスペースクラフトなどを撃墜する為に軌道衛星兵器や宇宙戦艦などにも分析官を常駐している。

※敵超能力部隊と交戦中の友軍が装備しているPSI分析型電子端末ゴーグルなどに敵の兵士の放った念動力攻撃を端末のモニターに視覚化映像化する事などが可能など（続く）

(System Overview)

In some countries, analysts themselves are mostly reinforcements or PSI holders. In the case of the Japanese Imperial SDF, about 100 analysts are stationed at all times, but the maximum working time of 1 analyst is limited to 24 hours, and after 24 hours, he or she has to rest for about 3 days.

Depending on the state of the war, analysts send multiple super high-speed mobile flying vehicles to the battlefield to support friendly forces.
The American Empire also links its systems with the Space Force and has analysts stationed on orbiting satellite weapons and space warships to shoot down aliens and enemy spacecraft.
