教皇の影の代理人であり、守護者である。バチカン教皇庁のオリジナルの刻印が打たれた旗艦『†ケレスティヌスV †』の残存機の所有権を保有している1人。強化人間ではない。

また、教皇庁直属の魔術師集団『静かなる者の剣と祈り』のメンバーで、アデプトメジャーであり、バチカンが確立している様々な儀式魔術に精通している。
日本の大司教区とも、個人的に密な関係にあり、日本皇國防衛省にも強いコネクションを持っている。

稀代の戦闘員であり聖職者でもある彼は、EUの絶対的な防衛分析官であるアイオーンと協力して、Fノイマン結晶核から作られた弾丸を使った旧式の武器と聖庁バチカン魔術で、敵対するETや堕天使、特殊部隊を殲滅していく。
