▪︎『振動の帝國』とは何か？-What is the Empire of Vibration?-

『振動の帝國』（Eov）とは、地球人が認知出来うる太陽系、銀河系の外のレベルから来た存在であり、銀河群や銀河団、超銀河団を越境するプラズマ、フォトン、タキオンなどの容態の確立を既に通り越した地球物理学を数億年前に超越した存在である。瞬時にバブルやレベルを横断できる多次元学や霊的技術を確立した存在で、『不干渉の静観』を持って複数の他銀河群を監視してきた多次元存在であり、地球に干渉する神々（ET）を協助・監視する存在の頂点に君臨する帝國国家である。

『振動の帝國』という名称は、「頂点に」君臨する帝國が無限的宇宙に存在する知性から『尊称』として呼ばれる名称であり、地球人類の魂でその帝國の存在を認知していたのは、数人の解脱者のみであった。

『振動の帝國』の異性体は多次元宇宙に存在する全生命体で最も高位の生命体である。

『振動の帝國』とは、多次元宇宙を自在に行きする振動数科学と霊的振動数を保つ科学力と超越身体能力を持つことからの呼称でもある。

▪︎『不干渉の静観』を止めた『振動の帝國』-"The Empire of Vibration" that stopped "The Stillness of Noninterference"-

『振動の帝國』の為政者たちは、紀元前より、もっと前の時間軸に、倫理観が高く評議会に属する『אֱלֹהִים(エロヒム）』ヤハヴェたちに、ある惑星の統治を委任し太陽系を領土と認めた。生まれたばかりの太陽系の惑星に『不干渉の静観』をするためであった。しかし、ある時期に、『אֱלֹהִים(エロヒム）』は、地球の生命体に、『אֱלֹהִים(エロヒム）』由来のDNAを加え人類を産み出した。『下僕・奴隷』として使役する為である。

『振動の帝國』評議会は、『אֱלֹהִים(エロヒム）』に深く疑念を抱き、長きに渡って、『אֱלֹהִים(エロヒム）』 の前哨都市の一つであった、『EDEN』があったバビロニア一帯※に『監視者（ET超越戦闘技術者）』を『振動の帝國』から人間として受肉させ長期にわたる監視を行う事にした。

現代のイラク南部、ティグリス川とユーフラテス川下流の沖積平野一帯を指す歴史地理的領域である。南北は概ね現在のバグダード周辺からペルシア湾まで、東西はザグロス山脈からシリア砂漠やアラビア砂漠までの範囲に相当する。その中心都市バビロンは『旧約聖書』に代表される伝説によって現代でも有名である。バビロニアは古代においては更に南部のシュメール地方と北部のアッカド地方に大別され、「シュメールとアッカドの地」という表現で呼ばれていた。

- What is the Empire of Vibration? -

'Vibrational Empire' comes from outside the solar system and galaxy that Earthlings can recognize, and transcends geophysics hundreds of millions of years ago, which has already passed the establishment of conditions such as plasmas, photons, and tachyons that cross galaxy groups, clusters of galaxies, and superclusters of galaxies. It is a multidimensional entity that has established multidimensional science and spiritual technology that can instantaneously traverse bubbles or levels, has monitored multiple groups of other galaxies with 'a wait-and-see attitude of noninterference', and reigns over the top of its existence that cooperates and monitors the gods (ET) that interfere with the earth.

The name "Empire of Vibrations" is the name given to the reigning empire "at the pinnacle" as a title of respect by the intelligence that exists in the infinite universe, and only a few liberated souls on earth were aware of the existence of this empire.

As the highest-ranking life form among all life forms in the multidimensional universe, it has the physical ability to maintain its vibrational science and spiritual frequency, which allows it to travel freely in the multidimensional universe.

-"The Empire of Vibration" that stopped "The Stillness of Noninterference"-

A view on ethic entrusted "אֱלֹהִים" (Elohim) which belonged to the council highly Yahweh with the rule of a certain planet and, to the administrators of "the emperor country of the vibration", detected the solar system in temporal axes before it than B.C. with a territory.

This was because it did "serene contemplation of the noninterference" in the planet of the newborn solar system.

However, I added DNA derived from "אֱלֹהִים" (Elohim) to a life form of the earth, and, at a certain time, "אֱלֹהִים" (Elohim) produced the human.

This is because it employs it as "a manservant, a slave".

The 'Vibrational Empire' Council had a deep doubt about the ' אֱלֹהִים （Elohim)' and decided for a long time to watch the province of Babylonia, one of the outposts of the ' אֱלֹהִים （Elohim)' where the 'EDEN' had been, as a human being 'Observer (ET Transcendental Combat Engineer)' from the 'Vibrational Empire'.

▪︎地球上における『監視者（ET超越戦闘技術者）』の苦しみ・制限事項

地球上での肉体への3次元への降下、受肉は、地球の霊的振動密度が未熟である為、『監視者』の松果体への負担が大きく記憶障害や記憶消失、次元降下、受肉の時代、対象を錯誤しやすくなる事がある。

また、肉体を得てしまう為、死ぬことがあり、輪廻転生や友軍からの肉体の保全、補完、回収が為されないと真の『振動の帝國民』として生命の再生が不可能になる場合がある。霊的バブル、レベルでの多次元横断は難しく帰還不能になる場合もある。

最高次元から、3次元或いは5次元界レベルへの「魂の」降下は、『振動の帝國』の高次元振動数、霊的パラレイヤー、（神人としての恩寵、神の意識、超常能力、身体能力）の源を弱体化させ、人間としての魂の振動数に近づくために、人間的本能が活性してしまう。

人間本能の活性により、松果体が弱体化し、超常能力を弱める影響の回避手段として『監視者（ET超越戦闘技術者）』は、地上にある農産物を物理的に合成し、定期的に摂取するなどの手段が必要となる。

▪︎ The Sufferings and Restrictions of the 'Observer (ET Transcendental Combat Engineer)' on Earth

Since the density of the earth's spiritual vibration is immature, the pineal gland of 'watcher' is heavily burdened by the 3-dimensional descent and receiving of flesh on the earth, and it is easy to mistake objects in the age of memory disorder, memory loss, dimensional descent and receiving of flesh.

In addition, because a person gains a body, he or she may die, and if the body is not preserved, supplemented or recovered from Rinne Tensho or the friendly army, it may become impossible to regenerate life as a true 'oscillating imperial nation'. Spiritual bubbles, multidimensional traversal at the level, can be difficult and unreturnable.

Descending "soully" from the highest dimension to the 3D or 5 dimensional field level weakens the source of the higher dimensional frequency of the 'Vibrational Empire', the spiritual paralayer, and the (Grace as a Sinjin, God's consciousness, supernatural powers, and physical abilities) and activates the human instinct to approach the frequency of the human soul.

As a means of avoiding the effect of weakening the pineal gland and weakening the supernatural ability by the activity of human instinct, 'Observer (ET Transcendental Combat Engineer)' requires a means such as physically synthesizing agricultural products on the ground and eating them regularly.
