What is "work discrim" ?

In Japan , I often hear that " work discrim "（職業差別） is very bad.

I see, yes, I am with that any discrim is bad. racial discrim, gender discrim, minority discrim...

Wait a minute!!
What is "work discrim"!?

I think It's not discrim against some peaple!

I mean, discriming against any personality is bad.
And I mean, "personality" is sex, gender, color of skin, type of face, kind of peaple, where you're born, and even all identity you are not able to decide by yourself.
But, actually, I want to say " you did decide by yourself before you're born", for kind of thinking as Buddhist.

Back on track, in Japan, some journalists or commemtators say that "work discrim is bad".
"Work discrim" they say is not kind of "workplace discrim" or "recruit discrim".

They mean that the jobs we work may not be discrimed as the worth.
And, they mean that any job is needed anyway, and who belong with any job may not be discrimed.
In other words, they mean that we should not discrim any job we work since discriming us is bad.

My opinion forrows...
I think discrim would be on some personality.
No personality,  No discrim!
They as Stereotypes just say that "discrim is bad".
They suck up to people. It's a fake justice.
The job we work is far from personality.
And it include the each reason why we work the job.
We may work some jobs we don't want to for some reason.
Someone may work the jobs they don't want to.
And maybe, they are not satisfied with or not care their jobs.

I think rather work discrim us peaple in a good or bad way.
We know, there are many works or jobs in this world .
Work or jobs are different from each other.
In fact,
we would get some payment for each work.
we would spend some times for each work.
Do they know how much every work would be paid ?
And not only kinds of work, but also types of way to work discrim us peaple.

Nowadays, in Japan. 
Jobs is many rather than peaple.
But, I remember the age when peaple was many rather than jobs.
In the age, or under the some economic panic, peaple was many and a person had a few worth.
Then, we have reached up each somewhere.
I mean someone may work the jobs they don't want to.
Under the some economic race, wave, wind, panic,
We didn't get the work we wanted for living .
We were who didn't want to be.
I think we did so for the economic race.
So, it doesn't matter that the jobs we belong with are discrimed or not, but a reason or stories why we work the jobs we don't want to.
Not caring that, they are just against to "work discrim" and they make self look good. 
It's a fake justice.

OK. Think through again.
Look into that any jobs we work is needed as same worth. 
It occur to me what we may live in the good society like that any minority never be discrimed. 
So, put every job and work on the table,
without considering the payment or skill, 
not only jobs under the economic race, but also work with no payment,
as within as law and moral.
And, image every work never be discrimed for same worth.
That's sounds good.

But, recently in Japan, it's happened forrow that,
Under the pandemic of COVID-19, we often had heard that "Thanks for doctors and nurse".who said that is the journalists and commentators you know I know.

Wait!
Any job we work may not be discrimed as the worth ?
Then, I have no thanks to doctors or nurse. 
Under the panic of COVID-19, I was upset and mess if I would lose jobs all and if the office which I belong with would keep hold on .
So, I had no thanks to doctors and nurse who have many need.
I figured It's good for they never lose jobs.
So, how come do they make us thank to doctors ? Do things that every job never be discrimed change for some situation ?

Still yet, they may say "the jobs we work may not be discrimed as the worth".
 
If the jobs we work would not be discrimed and be even, under the economic race,
do they mind that even if their son or daughter would work any job?

I know, it's very hard way.
