本日はIELTSライティング① ダイアグラム_製造工程について、IELTS講師に添削していただきました。このダイアグラムもワンパターンなので、解き方パターンを覚えてしまえば非常に簡単です。


イントロダクション
The provided diagram illustrates the process by which mango cans are produced.

この図は、マンゴー缶の製造工程を示している。

概要
Overall, there are 15 distinct stages involved in the production of canned fruit from the initial picking of fruits, through the processing of canned fruits in the factory, to the eventual delivery to the end user.

全体として、果実の最初の収穫から、工場での果実缶詰の加工、最終的なエンドユーザーへの配送まで、果実缶詰の生産には15の明確な段階がある。

詳細
Initially, the process begins with harvesting of fruits from the tree manually and these fruits are sent to the factory where several types of treatments are given.

まず、手作業で木から果実を収穫することから始まり、これらの果実は工場に送られ、そこで数種類の処理が施される。

The first step is removal of impurities by washing and these washed fruits go through visual inspection. After which, they are stored at a temperature of bellow 0 degrees and then sorted by weight and grade. Only the selected ones in this evaluation can undergo the process of peeling and cutting, before they are put into individual cans automatically by an arm machine on the assemblyline.

最初のステップは洗浄による不純物の除去で、洗浄された果実は目視検査を受ける。その後、0度以下で保管され、重量と等級で選別される。この評価で選ばれたものだけが、皮むきとカットの工程を受けることができ、その後、製造ラインのアームマシンで自動的に個々の缶に入れられる。

Once sealed,  the cans undergo heat treatment in an oven in order to be cooked and disinfected at the same time. After heat is applied , labels are attached on the end products.  Lastly, the finished products are stored and are ready for despatch to the final destination.

密封された缶は、オーブンで加熱処理され、調理と殺菌が同時に行われる。熱が加えられた後、最終製品にラベルが貼られる。  最後に、完成品は保管され、最終目的地への出荷準備が整う。
