Into the field -Aso Project Workshop 2022-
Hello. This is Pallavi from India, a student staff from IT Solution course of IICA.
On 8th August, 2022, a small taste of a normal day in IICA, for the participants of today’s open campus. Here’s to hoping to see you again as a member of IICA.
● A tradition of IICA
The open campus workshop starts in an auspicious way by lighting the “flame of IICA”.
Like the “Start from zero” , “flame of IICA” represents a new start with the bright flame that lights our way into the future.
● AirHandShake
A feeling of, maybe a new school, perhaps a new friend, a tingle of new experience. To change the jitters of unknown to jazziness of companionable. A way to break the ice, Air Shake hands game was accomplished.
● A trip of learning
For hand learners, auditory or kinesthetic learners, learning by seeing or doing is a sure way to do so.
In the morning, Mr. Kubo, who is today's facilitator and an instructor of IICA, gave us a lecture and we got to know about toji, an ethnic onsen.
Not only on slides but also by seeing it first hand and by hearing it straight from Mr. Kenji Kawazu, who is the vice president of Sefusou, Jigoku onsen.
To enhance our communication and develop professional skills, Mr.Kubo encouraged us to work in a group. This gave us a perspective of working with the future students and developing new ideas.Not only that but we also presented our ideas,in form of presentation and speech, to Mr. Kenji Kawazu.
● Say cheese
We all came as strangers and left with tentative new friendships. Ending the workshop with a smile on our faces.
