当店は2023年7月8日にオープンした芦屋にある審査制の会員焼き鳥店です。審査を通過された会員様と会員様の同伴者様のみご来店いただけます。会員人数は現段階では、『1,000名様限定』となります。

住所・電話番号は非公開で、会員様のみ住所をお伝えしております。

料理内容は、日本で最も仕入れが難しいとされる幻の鷄『京都髙坂鶏』をメインとしたおまかせフルコースのみのご提供となります。

京都髙坂鶏を取り扱っている焼き鳥店は、関東では焼鳥かさ原・焼鳥篠原・薪鳥新神戸・1000、関西では鳥匠いし井・焼鳥谷口・京都橘などですが、どこも予約困難店です。

さらに、当店では京都髙坂鶏を焼き鳥業界で唯一の『サラマン炭焼き』という手法で焼き上げることで、炭焼き以上に鷄の旨みを閉じ込め、ジューシーに仕上げております。

→会員様のお名前と会員No.が記載された
　特別な会員カードになります。

Our store is a membership-based yakitori restaurant located in Ashiya City, Hyogo Prefecture that opened on July 8, 2023.

Only members who have passed the screening and their companions may visit the store.
The number of members is currently limited to 1,000 people.

The address are not made public, and only members are given the address.

We only offer a full-course omakase menu featuring Kyoto Takasaka chicken, the legendary chicken that is said to be the most difficult to procure in Japan.

At our restaurant, we grill Kyoto Takasaka chicken using a method called "Salaman charcoal grilling," which is the only method in the yakitori industry, which locks in the flavor of the chicken and makes it juicier than charcoal grilling.

Please come and try the new sensation of yakitori that you have never tasted before.

③Give the membership card

Membership numbers will be determined in the order of application.

※Not everyone can become a member, only those who pass the screening can become members.

No annual membership fees or renewal fees

General membership recruitment is now closed.

After the recruitment of general members ends, we will become a member yakitori restaurant with a "complete introduction system'", so you can only become a member through a referral from a member.
