Unimaginable human rights violations (1): Mental sabotage using sound & light

Early morning of March 5, 2018:
At Hotel Sunroute Takadanobaba *1) & nearby Lawson *2), I was subjected to mental sabotage by sound & light.

(1) Sounds that can't happen in the room anyway
(2) A sound like something big falling in the room
(3) Suddenly, multiple upper lamps flashed violently at the same time as loud chime sounds
(4) Before the door closed and it began moving, the ceiling lights flash violently with loud chime sounds
(5) While waiting for checking out at the register, I was forced to hear several types of electronic sounds at the same time in addition to the sound of the entrance chime.

I think the only institution that can take over Hotel & convenience store and make full use of this skillful technology is those under MOD Japan.
The cashier was the same person as the previous afternoon, evening, and (I think I went there also late at night).

By the way, I went to this hotel on the day and booked my stay there. When I arrived near the hotel by taxi, I saw a row of black-painted sedans parked. I got off just before that. Then a young man in a suit came out of one of the sedans, slammed the door and glared at me with an angry look on his face. I think I saw this man at a coffee shop in Shibuya 1-2 years before this day.
