ひたちなか市には多くのヤンキーがいた。彼らは乱暴者ではあったが地元や仲間を愛し、良くも悪くも地域の一部として街の人々から親しまれていた。
しかし21世紀に入り、時代ともに不良少年たちのモラルは低下、ドラッグやオレオレ詐欺、婦女暴行やあおり運転といった非道を平然と行う輩が幅をきかせるようになった。ワルであっても非道はしないオールドヤンキーの生き残りであるハルオと舎弟たちはある日、おばあちゃんからバッグをひったくる若者たちに遭遇する。取り返そうと彼らのたまり場である廃工場に乗り込んだハルオたちだったが、ケンカとなれば集団リンチは当たり前、凶器の使用も不意打ちも辞さないDQN共には敵わず追い詰められてしまう。意識が薄れる中ハルオの脳裏に浮かぶのは、半年前バイク事故でこの世を去った吾郎先輩だった。「こんなとき吾郎先輩がいてくれたら…」人を頼りにするのはシャバい事とわかっていても、そんな想いが胸をよぎる。DQNたちがハルオの脳天にとどめの一撃を振り下ろそうとした、その時だった。地響きとともに巨大な怪獣が姿を現したのだ。「吾郎先輩…スか？」リーゼントのような特徴的なトサカと、男気を湛えたその目は、まさに吾郎先輩そのものだった。怪獣ステゴロドンの強烈なガン飛ばしに、DQN共は恐れをなして逃げていった。「お前らはずっと俺の弟分だ」怪獣の咆哮がハルオにはそう聞こえた。
やがてハルオたちはヤンキーを卒業し、就職して家庭を持ち人並みの人生を歩み始めた。立派に更生した後輩たちの姿を見届けたステゴロドンは、夕日の彼方へと走り去っていった。

It is Haruo who boarded the abandoned factory which is their hangout place to regain it, but if it becomes a fight, the group lynching is natural, and both DQN who does not quit the use of the murder weapon and the surprise are cornered without enemies. It was Goro senpai who passed away from this world in the motorcycle accident six months ago that floated in Haruo's mind while the consciousness faded. Even if it is understood that it is disgraceful to rely on the person "If there is a senior Goro at such time...", such a desire passes the chest. It was then that DQN and others tried to shake down a blow to Haruo's brain. A huge monster appeared with the sound of the earth. "Goro Senpai... Su?
