50年以上前から食べられている那珂湊のソウルフードのひとつでありながら、全国のB級グルメの頂点を決めるB-1グランプリで入賞を逃し続けていた那珂湊焼きそば。そんな現状に納得がいかない焼きそば大好き少年・簾太郎くんの前に現れたのがこの怪獣ゾーバだ。ゾーバの噴射するソース風味のガスを浴びた者は、モチモチ食感が自慢の手延べせいろ蒸し麺が首に巻きつき、那珂湊焼きそばの美味しさの虜となってしまうのだ。ミニサイズとなったゾーバは簾太郎くんの肩に乗り、B級グルメ界を征服すべく共に那珂湊焼きそばの普及活動を開始。簾太郎くんの行く所、人々は、街は那珂湊焼きそばのソース味に染まってゆく。
