* Omega-3 from eggs decreased serum triglyceride in blood
* Significant increasing of anti-oxidants in blood

According to those researches, it is sure you cans safely take 3 eggs with your daily meals moreover, it is healthy way of diet because when eating eggs, liver seems to reduce cholesterol composition.
