Middage Express 202206 in Australia Volunteer

I joined some volunteer work in Australia. One was to gather a donation for cancer children, the other was to serve water for runners at the running event. The donation activity took place at the exhibition of the machine for agriculture in the horse race stadium. My role was to ask the audience to donate to cancer children at the entrance. When the audience came here, I asked 'donate for children'. The volunteers were standing at both sides of the entrance. It seemed that the other volunteer gathered more donations than me. I might've had to ask for a donation loudly. In the running event, I served water to the runner near the goal that is almost the end of the race. Fortunately, it was not a hot day, and all runners got water from the volunteers. At the time, I talked to the other volunteer who lives in Australia for business and is originally from Malaysia. He told me that he wanted to join the Tokyo Marathon someday.
