　Today, the state of emergency in Kyoto will finally be lifted. I'm glad. From now on, the restrictions will be eased in stages. Kyoto Prefecture continues to ask people to refrain from going out, to shorten business hours at restaurants, to limit the number of events held, and to ensure telework.

　It is important to brace ourselves to prevent a rebound of the infection.
