I previously created My Number and set a password, but unfortunately, I chose something not easily memorable, and I have since forgotten it.
If you forget your password, you can still check in using facial recognition, but it may take some time for the machine to identify you.
Furthermore, it seems that if you enter the password incorrectly three times, it will be locked.
Therefore, I have arrived at the Nishitokyo City Hall to reset my password.

I filled out the necessary documents at the municipal office, followed the guidance of the staff to operate the terminal, and successfully completed the password reset.I reset the password for my insurance card to a 4-digit one and for the tax office to one with 6 digits or more.
