【316日目 note千日回峰行】道

われわれ人間は、相寄って共同生活を送っています。その共同生活をうまく運ぶには、どうすればよいのか。みんなが生かされる道を探さねばなりません。
お釈迦さまは「縁なき衆生は度し難し」と言っておられます。しかし、なろうことならそうした諦観を超え、お互いを“有縁”の輪で結びあわせることができないものかと思います。そのためには、お互いのあるがままの姿を認めつつ、全体として調和、共栄していくことを考えていかなければなりません。それが人間としての道、すなわち“人間道”というものです。お互いに“人間道”に立った生成発展の大道を、衆知を集めて力強く歩みたいものです。

We humans live together in community. What should we do to make our life together work? We must find a way for everyone to live.
Shakyamuni Buddha said, "Sentient beings without relationship are unreasonable. However, I think that we should try to go beyond such resignation and connect each other with the circle of "karma". In order to do this, we must recognize each other for what we are, and consider how we can harmonize and prosper together as a whole. This is the way of being human, or the "human way. I hope that we can all gather our collective wisdom and make strong progress on the great path of creation and development based on the "human way.
