＜テーマ　：　行動科学者リスト＞
 
●　筆者が所属したBコンサルタント会社は＜行動科学＞をコアコンピタンスとして＜人と組織の活性化＞を事業ドメインにしていた。
日々変化していく社会問題＞が対象なだけに理論の進展は目覚しく、研鑽は会社としても個人としても言わば＜開発機能＞であり掛ける費用は＜投資＞である。
利益率の高い業界なので、＜開発・投資＞には相当な金額を費やした。
●　＜開発・投資＞の典型は、毎年米国から「ビックネームの学者」や「新進気鋭のコンサルタント・学者」を<Bコンサルタント会社>として招聘し、顧客・クライアントの方々にもお声がけをして＜勉強会：2日～５日間＞を開催した。　もちろん有料で相当額の参加費を徴収させていただいたが、大変好評であった。
●　招聘学者の発掘には、当時コロンビア大学経営学部長　W. Warner Burke氏にご尽力頂き２０回以上の来日を数えた。
　通訳は、産業能率大学教授　小林薫先生に殆どをお願いした。
