Nobel Prize-worthy scam, the Chinese and Maurice plotted a scam story on its own. 
The chapter sent out on goo,  "I see he was unsure how to feel about it, as Mr. Manabe thought he had created a climate model and used it as a scam story.

A prolific reader friend strongly recommended I subscribe to Masayuki Takayama's latest book, which I describe below.
The last chapter of that book, though, was this paper.
The facts revealed in this paper are one of the major causes of the recent Russian invasion of Ukraine.

Anna Louise Strong is said to be a representative of this.
When she learned about Communism at the University of Chicago, she fell head over heels in love with it and flew to the Soviet Union on a whim.

Eventually, Anna became interested in Mao Zedong in China, and she met Zhou Enlai in Chongqing and visited Yan'an.
There is still a document that Mao ordered Deng Xiaoping to "be a good promotion. Be polite" to her who wanted to see the front line.
Perhaps she liked the treatment she received, but in 1958, Anna left the Soviet Union and settled in Beijing.
Perhaps believing that China was the ideal communist state, Mao launched the "Great Leap Forward" that year, starving 30 million people to death.
At the same time, he ordered the slaughter of tens of thousands of people in Tibet who were resisting the Chinese invasion.
As she travels through Lhasa, where the gore is still drying, she makes a statement that lifts Mao, "In China, they don't execute or exile those who commit crimes.
It is a communist statement that shows no hesitation in lying, but it is said to be for the benefit of her nephew, Maurice Strong.
Thanks to her, the Canadian-born nephew could penetrate the Chinese ruling class deeply through his aunt.
Two years after Anna's death, Maurice became the Secretary-General of the United Nations Conference on the Environment with the support of China, which had just joined the United Nations.
From then on, he began working with China to "weaken the industries of developed countries under the pretext of environmental protection and make money from the Environment."
The trigger was the "radiation balance" theory presented at Princeton University at the time.
If you measure the amount of heat the Earth receives from the sun and the amount of heat the Earth emits, you will be surprised to find that the Earth emits more heat than the sun, and the Earth averages 17 degrees below zero.

The Chinese and Maurice plotted a con story based on just that.
Industrialized countries that produce large amounts of C0₂ can buy emission credits from less developed countries.
However, China, which produces one-third of the world's emissions, was treated as a backward country and excluded from the scheme.
It was the privilege of a fraudulent planning country.
Maurice brought Al Gore into the fold.
And global warming is now a reality. In "An Inconvenient Truth," he visualized that polar bears in the Arctic Ocean would die out, and the snow on Mount Kilimanjaro would disappear.
Maurice and China quickly came up with a second one.
"The second one was "Cars are now electric vehicles (EVs) that emit no C0₂.
EVs run on batteries. The rare metal neodymium, which is only found in Inner Mongolia, is essential for this. 
The Chinese will have a monopoly on it.
In response to the question, "But if we make EVs, we will need a lot of electricity," the answer was, "We have solar panels made in China."
Japan's sophisticated internal combustion engines, led by Toyota, are no longer needed.
The strategy is for China to dominate the world with rare metals and cheap motors.
However, it has been a long time since Al Gore's prophecy, but polar bears are increasing, and snow continues to fall on Mount Kilimanjaro.
When everyone was twisting their heads, Maurice, his aunt, and his uncle were wanted for another scam involving the United Nations. They fled to China.
The environmental scammer then passed away without saying a word.
Dr. Syukuro Manabe, a senior researcher at Princeton University, was awarded the Nobel Prize in Physics.
When he was told that the reason for the award was "prediction of climate change," he honestly said, "That's it? I'm surprised."
He seemed a little uncomfortable because he had thought he had created a climate model, but it had been used as a story for fraud.
