この度はありがとうございました。教育分野に携わっており、またそこでの適応や職場でのメンタルヘルス環境のベースアップの可能性を感じ申し込みさせていただきました。早速自分も含めて身近な人間で体験させて頂きましたが、自由に一日を振り返るというのは実は非常に難しいのだと思いますが、黒い碁石と時間軸がヒントになり、連鎖して記憶やその時の感情が想起されていくのには非常に驚きました。またその際に非常に心が落ち着いているという実感があります。
