この度は「ZENタイル」をお送りいただきましてありがとうございました。

新年度が始まり、新入生が入学してきました。
進級した生徒も含め、４月は環境の変化や緊張で心が疲れてしまう季節です。

春休みに「ZENタイル」が届き、一足お先に私が試してみました。
「心を整える」静かに一日を振り返ること。
自分を受け止めてあげること。忘れがちですがとても大切なことだと感じました。癒されて心が落ち着くこの感じは、
「ZEN」というタイトルにぴったりです。

今日から生徒たちがやってきます。子どもたちも、たくさんの気づきが得られる
ことでしょう。一緒に楽しみたいと思います。

本当にありがとうございました。
