Edible Garden Diary - Experimental Meal
I challenged an experimental meal tonight….
Boiled carrot leaves with sesame dressing
ニンジンの葉っぱのお浸しのごまドレッシング（サムネイル）
Boiled silk thread of corn with soy sauce based dressing. Senior people made me to bring young corn back to home so that I am able to eat silk thread of corn.
トウモロコシの絹糸の醤油ベースドレッシング。ボランティアでお料理の上手な方が、ヤングコーンの絹糸までお浸しにすると食べれるのよとおっしゃり、持ち帰らせてくださいました。
Fava beans were infected with mosaic disease.I thought the leaves looked rusty last week, but I left them. The area where fava beans planted this year is not very well ventilated, so it might not grow well. I heard that the disease was contagious, I left on the earth today. I have to get rid of them tomorrow.
モザイク病に空豆がかかってしまいました。葉がさびたようになっているなぁと思ったらあっという間に莢まで茶色くなってました。風通しが良くなかったようで、去年の段階からいまいちでした。病気がうつるらしいのですが抜いた後その辺に放置してきちゃったので、明日ちゃんと捨てます。それでも、実は食べちゃいました。
The vegetables are edible… but I need sea bream rice as a main dish.
この鯛飯がメインディッシュだからこそ許される実験ご飯でした！
