Normalization and Mounting

The reason why I try to extend the idea of normalization, which is an important perspective for people with disabilities, to "able-bodied people" is that it is no longer a classical statement that "a society that is kind to people with disabilities" is also "a society that is kind to able-bodied people", but rather a model of an "ideal society" in which people with disabilities can live together with normal people in mutual respect. In other words, I see a model of an "ideal society" in which people live together in mutual respect and esteem, always "strictly" respecting each other.
The reason why I continue to denounce discrimination against people with disabilities from an anti-discrimination standpoint is rooted in the immaturity of society and its members, and the "structure of discrimination" in which the immature ego, unable to withstand discrimination from above, finds (and creates) discriminated people "below" it while being discriminated against, and thereby stabilizes the ego and the structure in which the ego is mounted and then mounted on the weak. The immature ego, which cannot endure discrimination from above, is deeply saddened by the current situation in which the immature ego, while being a discriminated person, finds (or creates) the discriminated person "below" it and mounts him or her to become a more stable member of a rigid discriminatory society.
Let me be more specific. Unfortunately, in today's society, I can only give examples of my own personal situation in such cases, or else those who are used as concrete examples of discrimination will be "hurt". This is a symbol of today's rigid and discriminatory society, but under the fast pace of this era, we do not have time to worry about it. It is important to achieve a flexible and gentle society as soon as possible.
For example, some people say that I am talented despite my disability. This is extremely derogatory. It is not directed at me, my disability, or my talent. Even if I have the gift of expression, it is not guaranteed by me or my disability. ....
The poor individual whose only ego stability is to climb on others cannot joyfully recognize the "richness of individuality with disability. . cannot joyfully recognize the "rich individuality of disability. He can only climb on it and pity it and recognize it as different. Of course, there is no sense of equality with the mounted. That is why I say that pity is a discriminatory emotion and only an affirmation of the slave-slave relationship.
I do not want to be misleading here. Sometimes we feel the ugliness of able-bodied people standing around "well-meaning" disabled people! The stupidity of not realizing that the act of practicing normalization in the present situation must be a physical one!
Let me leave it at that. This is not a subject to be discussed with vehemence.
