Q&A Diary #99: What's your preferred learning style?

My preferred learning style is learning by myself. It might be better to have someone else’s guidance. But it ruins the most exciting part of learning process that is understanding essences. My job is R&D, where there is no precise way of solving problems. Different people have different approaches. In that case, searching quick solutions sometimes presents engineers from growing as R&D engineers. But anyway, I just like learning by myself.
