プロヴァンスのワインといえばどちらかと言うと気軽に楽しむ日常消費用、あるいはリゾートワインというイメージが強いかもしれません。
しかし、ドメーヌ・タンピエのこのBandolの赤ワインは違います。

ドメーヌ・タンピエはフランスで最も権威のあるワイン・ガイドのひとつ「メイユール・ヴァン・ド・フランス」にて2011年にフランス・プロヴァンス地方で唯一３つ星を獲得したワイナリー。それ以前にプロヴァンスのワイナリーがこの３つ星に輝いたことは一度もありませんでした。

このBandolはムールヴェドル種が主体で、全体的に非常にエレガントな印象。
香りはやや控えめですが、熟したブラックベリー、桑の実、月桂冠などとともに、ダマスク・ローズの花弁のような華やかな香りも感じられます。今はまだ若々しい状態ですが、今後10年、20年と長期熟成が可能な品質の高いワインです。風林庵のお庭とともに、ゆっくりと変化を感じながらお楽しみください。

Generally, wines in Provence thought as daily consuming wine or resort wine. However, this red wine ‘Bandol 2018/ Domaine Tempier’ is quite different from them.

Domain Tempier is the only 3-star domaine of Meilleurs Vins de France in Provence in 2011. Any wineries in Provence never had gotten 3-star before.

This wine is made from Mourvedre-dominant. It has quite elegant impression. Aromas are restrained. Ripe blackberry and mulberry, bay leaf and thyme. A hint of Damask rose petal with potentially perfumed aromatics. It has long-aging potential. Please enjoy with our beautiful, timeless Japanese garden.
