2023年8月27日（日）：大学院経済学研究科（通信教育課程）の交流会

京都産業大学では，2007年に通信教育で修士（経済学）を取得できる日本初の大学院として経済学研究科（通信教育課程）を開設した。今年で16年目となる。社会に出て2年以上の経験のある社会人を対象としているため，本大学院に在籍する学生の年齢は実に幅広い年齢層に渡っている。

　昨日，コロナ禍の影響で数年間中止となっていた経済学研究科（通信教育課程）の交流会が，京都市中京区柳馬場通六角で数年ぶりに開催された。大学院修了者，在籍学生，教職員で総勢30名を超える参加者により盛会となった。

　交流会参加者は，遠くは沖縄県，近畿，東海，北陸，関東圏などからの参加者もあり，まさに「有朋自遠方来。不亦楽乎。」である。学ぶ目的が明確である人や，学ぶことが好きな人が集まると，やはり飲み会も楽しいですね。

August 27th (Sunday): Interchange Meeting of the Graduate School of Economics (Distance Learning Program)

Kyoto Sangyo University established the Graduate School of Economics (Distance Learning Program) in 2007, becoming Japan's first graduate school where one could obtain a master's degree in economics through distance education. This year marks its 16th anniversary. Since it targets individuals who have been in the workforce for more than 2 years, the age range of students enrolled in this graduate school spans a wide spectrum.

Yesterday, after several years of suspension due to the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Interchange Meeting of the Graduate School of Economics (Distance Learning Program) was held for the first time in years at Yanaginobambadori Rokkaku, Nakagyo Ward, Kyoto City. The event was a great success with over 30 participants, including graduate program alumni, current students, and faculty members.

The participants of the networking event come from various regions such as Okinawa Prefecture, Kinki, Tokai, Hokuriku, Kanto, and more. Truly embodying the saying, "A friend from afar brings delight, isn't it a joy?"

When people with clear learning goals or those who enjoy learning come together, social gatherings like this are indeed enjoyable.
