いろいろな種類のサクラ：2023年4月4日（火）

京都市内の堀川御池から堀川中立売（なかだちうり）までの間の東堀川通沿いにはいろいろな種類の桜木が植えられており，この時期，自転車通勤の楽しみの一つでもある。

　毎年冬頃から四季桜（シキザクラ）の白い花が咲き始め，次いで3月初め頃から寒緋桜（カンヒザクラ）や河津桜（カワヅザクラ）の桃色の濃い色系の花が咲き，それから染井吉野（ソメイヨシノ），陽光桜（ヨウコウザクラ），天の川（アマノガワ），鬱金桜（ウコンザクラ），御衣黄桜（ギョイコウザクラ），普賢象桜（フゲンゾウザクラ），松月桜（ショウゲツザクラ），関山桜（カンザンザクラ）とそれぞれに魅力的な花が多少の時期をずらして満開の花の景色を演出してくれる。

Along the Higashihorikawa Street, from Horikawa Oike to Nakadachiuri in Kyoto City, various types of cherry trees are planted, and it is one of the joys of commuting by bicycle during this season.

Every year around winter, the white flowers of Shikizakura start to bloom, followed by the deep pink flowers of Kanhizakura and Kawazuzakura around the beginning of March. Then, each with its own attractive flowers, Someiyoshino, Youkouzakura, Amanogawa, Gyoikouzakura, Ukonzakura, Fugenzouzakura, Shougetsuzakura, and Kanzanzakura, create a spectacular view of blooming flowers at slightly different times.
