実際の模擬問題ではないですが、

という文章が与えられ、選択肢として create か reach の二択ならどちらを選びますか？
もちろん前後の文脈も影響してきますが、基本は
create なら
This suggests that he played a role in generating or building a new customer base from scratch. It implies that he was involved in the strategy and planning for attracting new customers.
reach なら
This option suggests that he assisted in expanding your reach to a previously untapped customer base. It implies that you were able to connect with this new customer base thanks to his help.
という含意（connotation）を考慮して正解を選ぶことになります。模擬問題の例では reach が正解でした。
