Sweet cake

A person posted a parfait that looked delicious on Twitter.It looked very delicious!  I tried to imitate it.This cheese souffle was purchased at a local supermarket.

I didn't understand the meaning of souffle.
I looked it up in an English-English dictionary.
As the meaning of souffle, in the Macmillan dictionary on the WEB, "a food that you make with eggs and bake into a high round shape"

Longman Dictionary of Contemporary English Online wrote: "a baked food made with eggs, flour, milk, and often cheese or fruit all mixed together until it is light and full of air"

And Oxford Learner's Dictionaries :"a dish made from egg whites, milk and flour mixed together to make it light, with cheese, fruit, etc. added and baked until it rises"

There are subtle differences in the way of explanation, which is a learning experience.
