my current goal and from now

This time, I will write about my current goals.
1. Training

1,training
My current goal in muscle training is to improve my BIG3 numbers. (BIG3 refers to bench press, squat, and deadlift.) The final goal weight setting for BIG3 is bench press 120kg x 8 reps, deadlift 200kg, and squat 140kg x 5 reps. I want to focus on muscle hypertrophy, so I need to pay attention to proper form. Currently, my BIG3 weights are bench press 100kg (legs raised), deadlift 160kg, and squat 120kg.
