Hello! Here is today's note featuring a report from an exhibition held in Europe.📣
Fujitsu General (EURO) GmbH (hereafter referred to as FG EURO), based in Germany and responsible for the sales of Fujitsu General products, participated in Chillventa 2024. The exhibition was held from October 8 to 10 in Nuremberg, Germany.🌍

Chillventa

Chillventa is one of the world's leading exhibitions for air conditioning, held every two years.
The exhibition covers a wide range of products, including refrigeration equipment[A1] , thermal insulation, air conditioners, and heat pumps. This year, it attracted 1,010 exhibitors and 32,769 industry professionals from 49 countries around the world.
Exhibition booths showing heat pumps and refrigerants caught attention, especially from the view of sustainability and realizing a circular economy.🔍

A photo spot at the venue entrance! The FG EURO team had a photo snapped, too.📸

Nuremberg, by the way, is a commercial and industrial city in southern Germany. Many people may know the city for its famous Christmas Market at the Hauptmarkt Square, which attracts tourists from all over the world.🎄

Fujitsu General’s Booth

Here is our booth!
We welcomed our visitors in a spacious area mainly featuring the Sustainable Green color of the Fujitsu General brand.🌱

The prominent text on the panel, "AIRSTAGE," represents the brand name for Fujitsu General's air conditioners marketed globally.✨

At European exhibitions, many booths usually offer drinks and snacks. It was impressive to see our members and visitors holding meetings while enjoying refreshments!

FG EURO Engineers also participated! They offer clear and precise answers to specialized questions.💪

Highlights of the Exhibition

Envilonmentally Friendly Products with R290 Refrigerant

Europe is environmentally advanced and actively promotes eco-friendly air conditioning products. In particular, refrigerants, which are essential for air conditioning units, are facing increasing regulations. Thus, the adoption of R290, a natural, non-fluorinated refrigerant with low global warming potential, is being strongly recommended.
We showcased products that use R290 refrigerant along with other products!

Monobloc ATW: A Unit that Heats Rooms by Boiling Water

This black outdoor unit is the Monobloc ATW.
ATW (air to water) refers to equipment that uses heat pump technology, commonly found in air conditioners, to perform air heat exchange and convert cold water into hot.
The hot water produced by the ATW can be directed to floor heating units to warm rooms, and used for showers and domestic hot water needs.

In Europe, the demand for ATW systems as home heating equipment is growing significantly, driven by efforts to achieve a decarbonized society.🙌

A "Black" Air Conditioner, Developed in Response to Strong Demand Europe

The product that particularly caught the attention of visitors at our booth was the black air conditioner, the KM Series.
Traditionally, only white models were available, but in response to strong demand from our European customers, we have launched a model with a soft black color.

In Europe, there is strong demand for black models, driven by a desire to integrate air conditioners seamlessly into interior design.✨
The fact that the Monobloc ATW we mentioned earlier is also available in black underscores this trend. It has a design that blends perfectly with the beautiful homes and streetscapes of Europe.

Wired Remote Controller: A Controller Designed with a Mirror-like Surface, Inviting Tactile Interaction

This is a Wired Remote Controller for air conditioners intended for overseas markets. We displayed 16 remote controllers in a style that resembled illuminations you might see at a seasonal event.💎
The mirror-like design piqued the curiosity of visitors, with many thinking, "What is this?" They were also eager to try out its functionality.

Since its launch, the product has seen increasing adoption worldwide, particularly in markets across North America and Europe. It is now widely used in a variety of settings, including offices, hotels, and homes. If you come across it, be sure to give it a try!

During the exhibition, the FG EURO team kept the remote controls gleaming with careful polishing!

Conclusion

Were you able to get a sense of the venue's atmosphere?✨
At FG EURO, we always prioritize listening to our customers' feedback and use it to drive the development of environmentally friendly products.
Members who participated in the exhibition expressed positive feedback, noting that the booth attracted many visitors, which allowed for meaningful conversations. They felt that showcasing in-development products focused on sustainability and sharing their vision helped them connect with people who resonate with the AIRSTAGE brand. Overall, they left with a strong sense of accomplishment.🌱
Please continue to keep an eye on FG EURO's initiatives in the future!
