通訳案内士2次口述試験(プレゼンねた)#2:料理編
2021年12月12日の通訳案内士口述試験に向けて準備してきたプレゼンねたを投稿していきます。何かのお役に立てば幸いです。
ご存知の通り”通訳案内士の口述試験”のプレゼンは二分間です。
BBCのアナウンサーは一分間に100〜110語を話すらしいのですが、日本人が原稿もなしで話せるのは8割程度なので160語くらいを目処に作ってます。
尚、文法的に怪しげなところも多々ありますが、どうか温かい目でみてくださいね。
6.冷凍食品

①簡単に直ぐにレンチンだけ準備できるので人気。種類も増えて、質も味も進化。
②日本のTVが冷凍食品の実力を証明しようとスペインのタパスで挑戦。
スペイン人の家族に冷凍と本物のタパスを提供して、どちらが好みかテスト。
③今年の東京オリンピックでは冷凍餃子が外国人アスリートに大人気。期間中に60万食も消費される。
Reito Syokuhin literally means frozen meals.
People enjoy these meals because they are easy and quick to prepare by just heating up with a microwave oven.
Today, its variations of meals have been expanding and its quality and tastes have been really enhanced.
I would like to touch upon one funny story.A Japanese TV program tried to prove its quality in Spain.
Tapas are a small amount of foods serves at pubs and home and popular in Spain.
Japanese food manufactures also provide a variety of frozen tapas today.
TV program served both real tapas and frozen tapas to some Spanish families.
And then the program asks them which meals they feel the best.
Surprisingly, most of them selected the Japanese frozen meals.
The quality and taste of Japanese frozen meals are proven.
Another story is,
This year, Japan hosted Tokyo olympic games.
During this event, frozen dumplings attracted many foreign athletes palate.
After all, over 600 thousand of frozen dumplings were eaten within 2 weeks.

7.コンビニスイーツ

①コンビニで売られるスイーツの略語
②かつては男性客がメインで、食事や飲み物の購入が主体なので、お菓子はついでに購入される程度
③ローソンがオリジナルケーキを開発して、大人気。各社が新しい自社オリジナルのスィーツを開発。
④とある人気TVで、有名菓子職人がコンビニスイーツを評価。ほとんどが評価され、たまに全会一致。
⑤コンビニスィーツは手頃な価格で食べる価値がある。
Konbini-sweets are abridged word of confectioneries which are sold at convenience stores.
In the past, main users of convenience stores were men and daily practical goods such as meals and drinks are major goods to purchase.
Confectionaries are just supporting goods and purchased on the way.
At that time, most of confectionaries were made by major confectionery companies.
But one of popular convenience stores, LAWSON developed its original cake and this cake became a sought-after product.
Since then, most of convenience store industries has focused on developing its own new brand confectioneries.
These are high quality but prices are usually lower than regular sweets of confectionery’s shops.
On a popular TV program I watched, famed seven confectioners evaluated whether these Konbini-sweets are acceptable or not.
Surprisingly, most of sweets were judged as acceptable, sometimes unanimously.
This prove latest Konbini-sweets are worth tasting at reasonable price.

8.お雑煮

①雑煮は正月休みに出される伝統的な汁物。もち、かまぼこ、野菜が入る。地域によって様々。
②例えば、東日本では透明なスープに四角い餅が定番、西日本では白味噌のスープに丸餅。
③具材も地域で違うし、家族によって異なる。伝統的な味付けは世代間で伝承されて。この伝統の味付けが時折、夫婦の生まれ育った場所で問題を引き起こす。我が家では正月から揉めてた。
④ともかく汁と共に餅を食べることは、その年の幸運と健康を祈ることなんだよね。
Zoni is a Japanese traditional soup served during the New year holidays.
It contains rice cakes, slice of fish pasta cake and vegetables.
Zoni varies depending on regions.
A form in eastern Japan is based on clear soup with a rectangular shaped rice cake.
On the other hand, that in western Japan is based on white miso soup with a round shaped rice cake.
The ingredients of Zoni vary from region to region, it is also often varied by family.
A traditional taste for each family is handed down from generation to generation.
Unfortunately, that tradition of taste may cause a family trouble due to birthplace of husband and wife.
When I was child, I often encountered confrontation over different taste between my parents.
Because my father was born in eastern side and mother in western side of Japan.
It was my sad and bitter memory for the happy new year.
Anyway, eating the very chewy and elastic rice cake with soup, we wish for good luck and health through the year.

9.納豆

①発酵食品、健康食品。タンパク質、栄養価が高く、ビタミンが豊富
②醤油、カラシ、刻みネギと一緒にご飯の上に乗せて朝食に食べる。
③ねばねばした食感と独特の香りなので、苦手な人もいる。僕も食べれられるようになるのに時間がかかった。
④納豆に主役は大豆なんだけど。こいつは味噌や豆腐にも使われる。この料理は体型維持、体重調整に役に立つ。
⑤納豆はどこでも売っていて、宿泊先の朝食でも出てくる。
Natto is steamed, fermented soy bean which is well known for a healthy food.In fact, Natto is rich in protein, highly nutritious, and full of Vitamins B, E, and K.
It is mixed with soy source, mustard, and minced green onions and often eaten on the rice for the breakfast.
Natto is sticky and has a unique smell, therefore many people, especially in western district in Japan, do not want to eat it.
When I was child, I also did not like this and. It tool a long tome to be able to eat it.
Main ingredient of Natto is soy bean.
I believe that soy bean is one of leading characters for Japanese food.
Besides Natto, we have fermented soy bean paste called Miso and soy bean curd called Tofu.
These foods also help us to maintain our body in good shape and adequate weight.
You can find Natto at any supermarket near you in Japan.
And most accommodation serve Natto for the breakfast.
