New Gen at EURO 2020

In this article, I'm going to write about the players (Under 25 years old) that played well in EURO 2020:

GK: Gianluigi Donnarumma (Italy, 22 years old)
Donnarumma was the player of the tournament. In the group stage, he didn't let any goals. (3 cleen sheets) At semi-final against Spain, he saved Alvaro Morata's penalty. And in the final against the host England, he saved Jadon Sancho and Bukayo Saka's penalty and contributed to victory.

GK: Unai Simon (Spain, 24 years old)
Simon was a hero in the quarter-final against Switzerland. It was going into penalty shoot-out and he saved 2 of them, Fabian Schar and Manuel Akanji. He also saved one penalty against Italy in the semi-final but Spain lost 1 - 1 (Penalties 4 - 2).

DF: Joakim Maehle (Denmark, 24 years old)
Maehle was the key player for Denmark. He scored against Russia, and another against Wales. Also at quarter-final against Czech Republic, he assisted Kasper Dolberg's goal.

MF: Matteo Pessina (Italy, 24 years old)
Pessina was a star player in Italy. He scored from the free-kick from Veratti against Wales at groupstage and scored a desicive goal in extra-time against Austria.

MF: Mikkel Damsgaard (Denmark, 20 years old)
The young man that was substitute of Eriksen have blasted the danish dynamite. He scored one against Russia and another goal against England. This goal was the first and the last free-kick goal.

MF: Olexandr Zinchenko (Ukraine, 24 years old)
The hope of Ukraine was an outstanding midfielder. In the round of 16, he scored a goal and assisted Artem Dovbyk's headding goal. In this match, he was the MOM and send Ukraine to the quarter-finals.

MF: Pedri (Spain, 18 years old)
Young man from Barca was the star in this EURO. Overall, he didn't score any goals but he was the best young player in EURO 2020. Hoping to the World cup 2022 in Qatar.

MF: Kai Havertz (Germany, 22 years old)
Havertz was a player that Germany needed. He scored a goal in the CL final against Manchester City. In EURO, he score against Portugal and Hungary to rescue Germany of going out in the groupstage.

FW: Federico Khiesa (Italy, 23 years old)
Khiesa was the ultimate goal scorer. In the round of 16 against Austria, he scored in extra-time. Also, his dad Enrico Khiesa scored in EURO 1996. This is the first time that son and dad scored in EURO. And in semifinal against Spain, he scored a goal and send Italy into the final.

FW: Kasper Dolberg (Denmark, 23 years old)
3rd Danish player in this note. Kasper Dolberg scored three goals in this EURO 2020. 2 against Wales in the Last 16, and 1 against Czech Republic. Looking forward to the World Cup.

FW: Partick Schick (Czech Republic, 25 years old)
Schick, the man who contributed Czech Republic in the quarterfinal. He scored 2 against Scotland, 1 penalty against Croatia, 1 each against Netherlands and Denmark. The second goal against Scotland was the best goal in EURO 2020. He was the silver boot by 5 goals. (Golden boot was C.Ronaldo)

This was my new gen in EURO 2020. Hoping in the future!
