【Diary#36】My Physical Report

Recently, I'm looking forward to going to the gym.

But, I'm still too fat.

There is a high-tech scale in the house.
And it could measure so many items.

But it's just around 2,000yen.
I can't believe and feel changing times.

But it seems sold out.
So I'm thinking to buy new weight scale that more high-tech and accurate.

Okay, Let's look at how much I am fat.

Firstly, My body is 2.3kg heavier than the average.
And Fat percent is 15.7%

Actually, I was surprised most this year.
When I was Child, I think I kept 6-9% fat percent.

I really shocked.
Then, I swore to lose weight to 60kg so I have to lose 10kg for my goal.

So I never skip going to the gym except for Friday. ( cause its closing day of the gym)
I consider changing the gym cause the recent one is really high price and there is a closing day. 

Okay, I don't care.
Look at my water weight, the number is middle of average.
I think I should drink water more and more.

Because I like water and drinking water could help to lose weight.
So, maybe I drunk water 4L today.

But, according to this article, the person weighing 70kg, need drinking 3L in a day.
But, of course, I don't wanna, no I shouldn't stay on average so I set the goal that daily water intake is minimum 4.5L.
I think I will go to the restroom 15 times per day. lol


Okay, I wanna be so slender like a model.
I'm really fun to make an effort to lose weight.
I found a good hobby.

And I will analyze this fitness report regularly.

My goal is losing weight 10kg until the end of March.
I hope so.
