Here comes Masu ( 5 ) 

People living in Tokyo suffered extensive damage by the Great Kanto Earthquake.  Masu and Yasu lost their home.  After several months of disaster, Masu's brother Hiro told Masu that there was a nice little rent house in Komazawa.  Masu and Yasu were happy to hear that and they moved into the house immediately.

The brother of Masu, Hiro, was a clever boy.  After their father abandoned his family and disappeared, Hiro was working hard as a young Buddhist monk.  He was loved by head priest at a Buddhist temple and he went to a college getting a scholarship.  Hiro was completely different from Masu.  Hiro was quiet and thoughtful.  He rarely got angry.  He loved studying zen Buddhism.
