居酒屋『しゃかりき清水』さんもエムスフィアのクラブ・エンタメフロアにオープン決定！

先週末は、エムスフィア5階のエンターテイメントフロアにオープンを予定されているバンコクの有名居酒屋『しゃかりき432”』さんとエムスフィアのチームで行われた新店舗のデザイン会議に参加して参りました。

エムスフィアは今年12月に地上４階までの小売り店と飲食店が営業を開始し、続いて来年春にコンサート会場を含めたエンターテイメントのフロアが完成となります。

これまでのイメージから全く新しいデザインを生み出す為に、現在日本と中国等で活躍される日本人デザイナーの方に入って頂き、勢いを増すタイの最新ナイトライフの中でも日本らしい雰囲気を出しつつ、モール内の高級感のあるデザインに日々近づいております。

居酒屋『しゃかりき432"』さんはタイで10周年を迎えたばかりですが、今年から始めた新業態のカレーやラーメン、また健康的で美味しい豆腐ドリンクの専門店からのメニューも提供できるスタイルを採用し、メニューの豊富さをとっても利用しやすく、楽しいお店に進化しています。

会議に参加したタイ人の皆さんに馬肉を試食してもらったり、秋の味覚代表の秋刀魚など、美味しいお食事やお酒を頂きながら言いたい放題のミーティングをさせて頂きました。

しゃかりきさんは来月11月3日 (金) からタニヤ通りで開催される日本のイベント『JAPAN DAYS - YATAI MURA』にも屋台を出店されます。

そちらのイベントも、バンコクの人気飲食店様やこれからオープンするお店様からの屋台の出店や在タイ日本人の参加者様によるパフォーマンス等、タイで日本文化を楽しめる企画となっておりますので是非合わせてお立ち寄り下さいませ。

Last weekend, I participated in a design meeting held by Emsphere team and "Shakariki 432", a famous izakaya in Bangkok, which is scheduled to open on the 5th floor of Emsphere's entertainment floor.

The Emsphere will open for business this December with four floors of retail stores and restaurants, followed by the completion of the entertainment floor, including a concert venue, in the first quarter of next year.

In order to create a completely new design from the previous image, we have engaged Japanese designers who are currently active in Japan and China, and we are getting closer every day to creating a luxurious design in the mall while creating a Japanese atmosphere in the midst of Thailand's newest nightlife that is gaining momentum.

Izakaya "Shakariki 432" has just celebrated their 10th anniversary in Thailand, and has evolved into a very accessible and enjoyable restaurant with a wide variety of menu items, including curry and ramen noodles, a new business model started this year, as well as a healthy and delicious tofu drink specialty restaurant style that can also provide more menu items.

We had a meeting to say all we wanted to say over delicious food and drinks, such as horse meat (sakura-niku) tasting, and autumn swordfish (san-ma), a representative of Japanese autumn flavors.

Shakariki 432" will also have a food stall at the "JAPAN DAYS - YATAI MURA" Japanese event to be held on November 3 (Fri.) on Thaniya Road which is Japanese Street in Silom.

This event is also a great opportunity to enjoy Japanese culture in Thailand with food stalls from popular restaurants in Bangkok and stores that will be opening soon, as well as performances by Japanese participants in Thailand.
