これまでに世界中から報告された1486件の論文を基にしたまとめです。SARS-CoV-2ウイルスRNAは発症後平均17日間排出され、上気道から最大83日後に検出されました。そのうち生きて感染力のあるウイルスが発症後10日目以降に検出されることはありませんでした。ウイルス排出のピークは発症日から発症後3~5日目までで、感染力が最も強いのは発症から1週間になります。高齢であればあるほど、重症であればあるほど、ウイルスの排出期間が長くなります。無症候者ではウイルスの排出期間が短く、排出量も少ないという結果でした (200)。
This is a summary based on 1486 papers reported so far from all over the world. SARS-CoV-2 viral RNA was excreted for an average of 17 days after onset and was detected up to 83 days in the upper respiratory tract. No live, infectious virus was detected 10 days after onset. The peak of viral shedding is from the onset day to the 3rd to 5th day after onset, and the strongest infectivity is one week after the onset. The older and the more severe the patients are, the longer the virus will be shed. Asymptomatic individuals had a shorter shedding period and less shedding of the virus (200).
