について、に関して（にかんして）、を巡って（をめぐって）

“について” and “に関して” are often interchangeable, but “に関して” gives a more formal impression.

講義の内容についてわからないことがあったら聞いてください。
こうぎのないようについてわからないことがあったらきいてください。

講義の内容に関してわからないことがあったら聞いてください。

Additionally, regardless of the level of formality, when it comes to matters related to oneself, “について” seems to be used.

もう年末なので、来年挑戦したいことについて考えた。
もうねんまつなので、らいねんちょうせんしたいことについてかんがえた。
As it's already the end of the year, I thought about what I want to try next year.

転職について、先輩に相談することにした。
てんしょくについて、せんぱいにそうだんすることにした。
I decided to consult my senior about changing jobs.

“巡って” is used to explain the reason for debates, disputes, or conflicts.

父親の遺産を巡って兄弟が争っている。
ちちおやのいさんをめぐってきょうだいがあらそっている。
The siblings are fighting over their father's inheritance.

この漫画は、隠された財宝を巡って海賊たちが戦う物語です。
このまんがは、かくされたざいほうをめぐってかいぞくたちがたたかうものがたりです。
This manga is a story about pirates fighting over a hidden treasure.
